Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington

I like Domino's in a pinch usually. I used to frequent the Bonne Terre store and their food was really quite good. Always hot when delivered and they made me a lover of the pasta bowls. I really wasnt impressed when I ordered from this one but at first it was timely. I didnt complain about the pizza always being made with so little sauce which is why their nit my top pic. My last order however turned me off completely. I ordered the alfredo bowl, parm bread bites and a philly. Phille was eh, ok. But the pasta bread bowls crust was 2 inches in diameter, would approximate 2 inches wide with noodle center barely any sauce and hardly any chicken. I spoke with the assistant manager and she was quite sweet and apologized and said since I was 4 hrs past their cut off for complaints it would be up to the store manager. He didn't even respond . I have better things to do with 30.00. I know times are tight but if the food quality is all about cutting food cost at the customers expense and bonusing Ill orxer elsewhere. Ordered delivery for me and my kids. Was very late. Called to check on it. Driver came and couldn’t track him on the app. He delivered the wrong pizza. I order pepperoni and he delivers a Alfredo mushroom beef onion and green pepper pizza. I called back to tell them and the manager tells me he will get this resolved. He doesn’t call me back. I wait and I receive an email saying the delivery wasn’t what it was expected to be an here’s 60 points. That is not a good way to resolve this at all. I called back and get told to hold on. I’m not put on hold I’m just left on the counter and I hear “Is that that lady again”. So since I can hear everything and I don’t it doesn’t sound busy I drive down there. Only one car in the drive through and when I get to the window I explain I need my pizza remade. I told him I ordered a medium pepperoni and he said he’d remake it x-large for me and apologized. I parked in the front and I waited almost 40 minutes for a cold medium pizza. Not even fresh. I got home to my toddlers at 10pm with a cold pizza. All this after paying delivery fee. Domino’s has really improved over the last couple of years! I used to avoid these types of pizza joints at all costs (especially Domino’s!), but I’ve recently had a change of heart on this particular chain. Every time I’ve ordered food from this location my food is well-prepared, hot, and ready when it should be. I’ve never had cheese stuck to the top of the box or had toppings incorrect, although once awhile back I got the wrong sandwich, but it was still tasty. Plus I got that sandwich on my next order without even asking bc they have a system now that holds the information instead of leaving you to hash it out later with a manager (if you even remember) - great customer service! If you generally hate Domino’s, I’m not saying you’ll be changed, don’t get me wrong. But... if it’s been a really long time since you had it, maybe try it again?
