Just went and got my normal iced latte and donuts. Mind you I have been to this location many times because it is just around the corner from my house. I ordered it "lighter on the ice" because let's be honest they are 80% ice otherwise and 2 donuts. This is my order everytime I order it from this location. They even know who I am. I get to the window, jts after 2pm and noticed my total is 4.14 I thought cool it's the deal where they discount between 2 to 4pm. I notice looking thru the window that while making my latte it is 100% ice, I honk my horn to get their attention and point out I ordered light ice, the manager comes over to the window and says if they do light ice the glass wont be full. Please let me point that every other dunkin I have been to has had NO PROBLEM with doing light ice. The cashier comes over after handing me my drink and tries to explain to me again how it works...she tries to send me on my way and I ask her where are my donuts, Oh you ordered donuts? I swear I gave my order twice and repeated it and she evidently didnt hear I ordered donuts. I mean I was at Dunkin DONUTS.... and then proceeded to charge me of which I paid and said I wont be coming back to this Dunkin. Please fix your customer...

No one bothered to inform me before I made the trip to the store, nor did they cancel the order when they realized they were out of stock. When I asked the associate why I wasnāt contacted, they said they donāt have a computer or access to online orders, which makes no sense in this day and age.
On top of that, the customer service was awful. The employees seemed in a hurry to step away and head to the back even though I was the only customer in the store. I had to call them over just to get basic assistance. This is the second time Iāve had a poor experience here, and itās clear that nothing has improved. Since this is a franchise location, I hold the owner accountable for the lack of customer service. If they paid attention to the reviews, theyād realize why the storeās rating is so low, but it seems like they donāt care.

I asked for the meal and I asked if I could swap out the drinkā¦she said āNoā with the BIGGEST attitude. Then I asked for a cup of water which she said āwe have water bottlesā again with an attitude, I said āoh every time I come they give me a cup of water for freeā she said itāll cost money. Keep in mind I was very polite in the beginning, I said my pleases and thank yous, but towards the end I was so frustrated that I began answering the same way she was talking to me. I know some people have bad days, but that doesnāt mean she has the right to be nasty with me from the start.
