Dunkin' — Restaurant in Farmington

We ordered 2.5 dozen donuts on our way out of town. Of those two dozen were great, the half dozen. Well not so much so we drove back thinking they would have no problem helping us out. We ordered old fashioned. Old being the key word. They had next to no moisture in them. (My favorite kind of donut too!) they told us they were made at 6:00 am the same as all the others. Ok if that’s the case and people like a dry donut then then good for them. This is the place to go. We suggested trading for some fresh donuts at first they said no and then when we said we would just give them back they decided to trade. Nice you think? Me too! until they said you bit into one so we can only give you five. Truth be told the donut was all there. There was no bite it was broke in half to see if the inside had moisture. (It had a smidgeon) I suppose if I wanted to dip it in coffee I wouldn’t know the difference but I don’t drink coffee so it was just to dry to chew and swallow. I would not have left a review if they didn’t charge me for a broken donut they took back. Makes one wonder if they took them back to resell?? Isn’t that not conscientious of they next guy? I didn’t touch them all, I didn’t sneeze, I don’t have covid but do they know that? I won’t be going here in the future. They don’t care about their customers! So sad! i had one of the worst experiences though the drive through i pull up to that order board and i was greeted by “ what do you want “ i just blew it off because we all have bad days i go to ask for the Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte but i ask if i could have it blended. She said they couldn’t do that the only way she could is if she puts it in a different way, but it was going to cost more i said that was okay and i proceeded with the rest of my order I got two drinks, two donuts and a bagel i pull up to the window and she hands me order but she forgot a drink so i go to turn around to ask her about it and she slammed the door shut so i wait until she opens it again and she said “ yes” in a rude way so i said i’m missing a drink and she said “ your not “ i said “i wanted Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte but i ask if i could have it blended “ she replied with “you never said you wanted that you just ask “ i said “ well could i order it” and she give me a annoyed look and “told me that she’s gonna have to charge me “ and I said “ it was OK” then she proceeds to turn around and talk to her other coworkers about me in Navajo she was a older native American lady and im not native American but i do understand what she was saying she was very rude and i don’t appreciate how she reacted to the whole situation she was in a very bad mood from the beginning she was very unprofessional and there was no reason for her to be so rude about something that could’ve been avoided very...

I recommend downloading the dunkin app and ordering via that option. You don't have to wait in a ridiculous line and they have a set up where you just walk in and usually, if you order ahead in a decent time, they will have your order waiting on the counter. Saves so so so much time. Aside from that, the reason for my 3 star review is because they use to offer new flavors on their coffee every month or so. Now their flavors are basic vanilla, hazelnut and mocha all the time. They use to do cookies and cream and other new flavors every so often, but it has been 3-4 years since I've seen them try. They rebranded their name and dropped the donuts to put the focus on their drinks, but they're definitely lagging from what was offered 3-4 years ago. Idk if it is management that has changed and they're to blame for the menu options, but their coffee flavor...
