Firehouse Subs San Juan Plaza — Restaurant in Farmington

Went in this morning and ordered 2 Italians and an ice tea. After 30 minutes figured I better ask where my subs were. Camille waited on me and she went looking for them, said there wasn't a ticket. She was the sweetest gal. She found them....on the call in order rack. NOBODY called my name. She offered to get me new ones, and gave me a card for a free one. I just asked for a refund, and gave her the card back. Whoever put that bag over there never called out my name Again, Camille was the sweetest, but the guy that put my sandwiches over there and never said a word, that was wrong....I was not feeling good as it was, but that was ridiculous. I called in an order today and used an easy to understand name A-R-T. The female who took my order understood as she repeated the name but laughed after. I went inside to pay for my order and told the cashier where I was parked. I looked at my receipt in my vehicle while waiting and noticed they had called me Art Clown! Very disrespectful! Young employees of this company need more training in customer service and be appreciative of all diverse customers that give them business. Great tasting sammiches! Every palate will find a favorite at Firehouse. Their menu is 10-15% too high in my opinion, and since my son worked at one location very breifly, I would say they are far worse than Golden Corral regarding how they abusively schedule their emplyees; ie, come to work on time, get sent home for 4 hours because it's slow only to get recalled to work 90 min later because the place got busy.
