I used to absolutely love this place. I've bought a lot of stuff from them in the past and had no problem. Most of the staff are very friendly, although there is one guy in there that has been rude a couple times. The first time was a month ago. We waited for the open sign to come on and then got out of the vehicle and walked in where he started lecturing us about opening the door when he was pulling his key out. We couldn't see him doing that, because the windows are tinted and we also didn't hear the key in question. We let that one go. Well, I went in a few days ago and bought a pretty expensive vape. When we were leaving, the lady handed me the receipt and said "if you have any problems, bring it in within 3 weeks and we'll replace it no problem" the vape started acting up so I took it in today with the box and receipt because I just bought it 2 days ago and it's already acting up. Well, the guy who was rude a month ago proceeds to tell me that I have to come back in an hour because he needs to make sure there is something wrong with it for himself. As if I'm scamming them or something. I paid for the product and wouldn't be returning it if there wasn't really a problem. I've never had to deal with that B4 at that store. They're usually pretty good about swapping the broken ones without question. The guy also got onto us for coming in 2 hours B4 they close. We were in Colorado all day for my birthday. So I don't see why it would b a problem to come in two whole hours B4 they close. Anyway, I had to buy a disposable and spend even more money because he insisted on keeping my vape there for an hour or two he said. So now I'm having to drive back and forth so he can decide if I'm telling the truth I guess. It rubbed me the wrong way and I'll probably be taking my business elsewhere. It's sad because I love this store. Update: Went back to get my vape and he told me I needed to charge it longer even though that's not what the devices problem was. He handed me the same device back and it's already starting to act up again. So at this point I'm wasting diesel going back and forth. Needless to say, I won't be going back. He was also speaking to an elderly lady very rudely when I went back in. She needed more explaining because she didn't know about this stuff and he was very condescending to her. I’ve been vaping for years. Placed an order online for a free base vape juice and coil that I know would work together. It was a Vaporesso Xros pod (1.0 ohm which does work with free base and any higher you would need a salt nic.) I go in and this kid with blonde hair and mustache tries to give me a salt nic version of the free base juice I got because “the coil wouldn’t work with it.” Made me mad because the salt nic version was 1.) Not what I wanted and 2.) $7 cheaper than the 120 mL bottle of juice I purchased. So when I asked to swap the pod instead in case he knew something I didn’t, this kid got mad and told me there was no point in swapping the pod because the juice I picked out was only good for a mod that was 30 watts or higher that would make clouds. And I know damn well that it’s not the juice that makes clouds, it is the device. And then depending on the device you need to watch out and make sure what juice it takes (free base or salt nic.) kid doesn’t know what he’s talking about. If I were the manager I would educate him or honestly get rid of him because he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Edit: Went in to Planet Vape for the refund on 06/01/24 after the owner responded with “ We don’t have anyone with blonde hair and or a mustache that works for us. Are you sure it was Planet Vape and if so come by we will give you a full refund.”

Rude response and when I walked in, there was the kid with a mustache which is funny after saying no one with a mustache works there. I will admit I got the hair color wrong, as he was a red head on the orange side but he definitely had a mustache!

Owner asked management if I could take my review down but I’m not cuz that’s honestly shady to try and buy my silence.

The owner also looked me up on Facebook (06/06/24) to follow up and honestly that’s creepy. Probably was gonna ask if I could take my review down but, I ignored it and left him on read.

Had an issue with my delivery through the mail due to the COVID-19 I couldn't pick up my order however after emailing them of the items I was missing they provided me with excellent customer service and I can't wait to order through them again. Just moved out here and needed a new vape shop. So I looked through town found these guys who weren't allowed anymore curbside pick up but mail delivery. I figured I try it and boom they had the 1 flavor I always bought in cali where as other shops around town did not have. Glad I found this shop they absolutely go beyond for their customers. Thanks!

Update: Made another order and Due to the mail carrier sending my package back they hand delivered my items! AMAZING! For those who travel you can definately order from these guys they have a variety of flavors and im sure once COVID-19 is gone they will have plenty of stocked up items for everyone to enjoy! Expect delays they aren't magicians but they sure do know how to get business done the right way! One extremely satisfied customer here!! (Juices are from second order reorder a few from first batch) The Blue Raspberry is amazing by vapergate and these guys have it!! Thank you Jarrod, and I can't seem to thank you guys enough!!

Update update 4/5/23 Still my go to shop they have limited supply for replacement parts and pieces, just bought a new mod by geek vape and tank a month ago and it works beautifully 😁 just bought a new $5 drip tip and it complements my mod. They have helpful employees that actually help you and allow you to smell the juices you'd like to take home (usually end up taking home 2-5 juices) the 100ml-120ml are ranged up to $26 unless they have a sale then look forward to spending anywhere from $13-$18+ packs of coils range in price as well from $5-$7 for a single coil and $25+ for a whole pack but definitely affordable if your vaping as it is. Depending on your choices of juice or salts they have it all and if your not sure they will help you with that too so you leave feeling happy...
