Fortunately, I sat at the bar to be able to realize the scam that is happening in this place regarding margaritas, the drinks and tekilas for their preparation are written on the menu, I chose 2 special margaritas from the menu, the waitress interrupted my order in front of me to the bartender and tells us that the menu is wrong to order another margarita because the one I chose is not that one, 😵‍💫basically creating confusion, however I gave her the opportunity to see if she was right, I ordered 2 different margaritas but specials, thanks to as I indicated previously I sat at the bar I could see that they replaced premium tekila with cheap José Cuervo tekila to give a different color to the house margarita with a mix that they had in a jar (without a name already prepared) I never saw that they put the liquors that they name but they charge you as a $16 special margarita, I tell the waitress that because they didn't put me neither the grand gala nor the tekila 1800 that is supposed to be the Margarita that I ordered and IT IS WRITTEN on their menu and which I am willing to pay, their rude response was that the jar with no name already had the complete mix and if I wanted another Tekila I had to pay an additional bone a total $20 per margarita, automatically when I saw that I I believe mistrust because if that was done with me at the bar, I can't imagine the other customers. I’m ok with the price if they are giving you what you are ordering. obviously do not order food from this place. If you want to have a good margarita I advise you to go to chillis, otherwise in this place ask for the cheapest one, they are all the same. obviously...

So im on a date and my dates eating light she asks to order from the kids Menu cause shes just like that. She doesn't want these huge portions they serve she just wanted something small. Any place else it wouldn't be a problem. Shes gotten kids meals at so many other places. It's just how she is.

The waitress who can't really speak English an thats not the real issue here, i mean im half Spanish. But the waitress she says no you can't order that it's only for the child. We are like wth? I tell her it's not a big deal she wants something small thats how she is. The waitress says no you can't order that.

Im like ok well thats stupid. Im thinking of leaving to go somewhere else but my date says she is sorry an she ordered a bigger plate of their menu. She felt embarrassed and of course she couldn't finish her meal so it really was a waste of food for her over a simple thing.

The waitress barley did anything for us after that. But she was hovering once that bill came. Expecting her tip.

Once i get the bill, i see the waitress just wanted us to order bigger so her tip would be bigger since it goes by total order price an the kids Menu was alot cheaper than the adult menu.

The Mexican food here isn't even authentic, it's really nothing satisfying. The kinda American Mexican food you can make at home. Honestly the whole experience was stupid and ruined our date.

This place is the worst!! I drove all the way down from Salt Lake City, Utah on a business trip. After driving 7 hours and horrible fast food I was looking forward to a nice meal. Hot yummy. Chilli Verde. WRONG!! After a few bits I pull out a piece of plastic out of my Verde!!! I tell my server and her reaction is to LAUGH in my Face!!! She didn't say Oh I am sorry....nothing. Just Laughed in my face. She walked off and the Manager came back and Started to explain that it was a piece of plastic..I cut him off and told him I was aware of what it was. I didn't want an explanation of how and why it was there just please take the dish from me. And take it off my ticket including the Fiesta margarita. Because who knows what is in that!! I told him I lost my appetite! He proceeded to argue with me about the stupid piece of plastic. He said he was not going to take the meal off my ticket! I kinda got more irritated with his response toward the situation of the plastic in my food. He finally took the meal and my margarita off the ticket. Don't ever come here! You will not be treated with respect and absolutely no hospitality. I will never ever come back here or to any of 9 locations. At the end of the conversation I told him that I do Google Reviews.
