Be aware of the management attitude of this store. They are for the sales and tricked you into no using the promotions available nationwide to get their sales.
I have been a customer of Tmobile for the past 14 years, I have 3 iPhones top of the line, when I bought the last two they make me open an additional line and pay full price for one phone instead of offering a simple upgrade as usual, saying it was no available.
Today I was looking for a phone to just broadcasting classes to a tv, I walked into the Centerville location and they told me about a promotion going on right now to trade any old phone and they will give me a new one, no line needed! Really crazy!
I live in Farmington and decided to just go home and get one of my old phone they didnāt take for upgrade when I bought the last two iPhones, I went to the location in Farmington and the manager told me they were no doing that, if I want the phone I needed to either again open a new line or buy it at front. This time I called customer service and they verify the information I had was a current offer, I Went back to the centerville location and they gave me the phone and in 12 minutes I was done. Breanne helped my sister and i get set up on my phone plan and convinced us to add another line. We initially went in there first to find out what it was going to cost us. She reassured me that the second line would not cost anything extra and that all she would have to pay for on top of the plan i already had was her phone itself. One month later i get my bill and SUPRISE! T mobile wants to charge me an additional $50 for adding another line. I spoke with customer service and they flat out said there was nothing they could do on their end to fix this! THE ONLY REASON WE ADDED THE LINE WAS BECAUSE WE THOUGHT IT WASNT GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I was lied to and flat out deceived into getting another line with them. Iām extremely disappointed in the dishonesty and horrible customer service i have experienced with this store and breanne our sales person who lied to us just to get a commission check. I will be contacting whoever i need to get this resolved! If that means them losing me as a customer so be it. I highly recommend going to another service provider where they value your time money and loyalty...

Once entering the store, I was immediately acknowledged by a busy associate (Andres) and observed a full store with only 2 employees available to help all the customers. After being acknowledged, the associate quickly let me know heād be with me as soon as possible. I appreciated the acknowledgment and didnāt mind waiting. Soon the associate, Andres, checked me in and gave me a possible wait time until he could assist me. He also took a moment to explain my options if I didnāt want to wait or couldnāt. I told him my situation and that I had no problem waiting. He then acknowledged the customers ahead of me, who had been waiting beforehand, and let me know what I could do to solve the problem while he assisted other customers. In the end, problem solved with a SIM card replacement.
