Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington

Normally I get my pizza from domino's but today I was craving chocolate and hungry Howes sent me a coupon for a free Chocolate brownie with an online order. First of all app is not people friendly setting up the account an then the coupon didn't work. Do I called the store spoke with the manager she did honor the coupon asked for the one with the chocolate frosting it came with Carmel which I told her orginally that I do not like Carmel. My deep dish pizza was burnt enough where my windows have to be opened because of the burnt smell. I called back spoke with manager she said that I need to call corporate? The brownie IS AWLFUL . Its Dry and it tastes like those 100 calorie bars and leaves a very nasty after taste. I'm not working and thought i would treat myself and have plenty of leftovers gor days. Nope. It went into the dumpster. The food was not fit for anyone. I failed to say that im afraid to eat the Greek salade because it was HOT because it was in the bag with the hot pizza. I will most defently be contacting corporate. I WANT MY $24 BACK ! ! ! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS MANAGER WOULD NOT OFFER...

i placed a online order today at 8:30 am for a later delivery 11:45. My food was late but thats ok. Im very irritated because my pizza was cold, not to mention NOT cut, i also ordered a gatoriad which was a option on line. when my food got here late my pizza was cold, not cut and my sub was made wrong came with no lettus with my receipt cleary says LETTUS on it. Also my sub didnt have sub sauce which i chose on line, they also brought me a brisk not a gatoriad. I called the store to tell them what was going on the girl who answered the phone was very rude and told me they dont sell gatoriad (which was fine) i told her that they should of called me so i could of chose another pop. She then stated that "she will see if the delivery lady feels like bringing my sub sauce back) i place my order 3 hours ahead of time and my pizza isnt cut,its cold,my sub is made wrong, and a pop i dont even like it brought to me. I still tipped the delivery person because its not their fault. I order from this hungry howies often to be brought to my job. me and my co workers will never order...

Where do i start? Was told 40 minutes and it actually took 90 minutes. while ordering the guy on the other end barely spoke or understood my english. After my order was done there was a system error, which is fine, so i had to repeat my order again. So now i have placed my order twice and my pizza still did not have feta cheese. Once the food comes, it looks like they cut it, however we had to cut everything including our 3 cheese bread with a knife since it wasn't cut. I've eaten at a lot of hungry howies and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The kicker to all this was that my TOTAL was $36.72 but when they got here it was $42.58. Upon me telling them it was delivery they should have calculated all that in so that i could have had the money ready for them.
