Ram's Horn Restaurant — Restaurant in Farmington

Worst experience was today. First I place my order over the phone and whoever answered didn't let me ask for a total just hung up on me I didn't call back I let it go.

Once I get there to pickup I had to explain myself on how they forgot items in my order which they checked my receipt on. (Do yourself a favor DO NOT order the roast beef. It looks like a cold cut that has been left unrefrigerated.) I mention to the nice guy in the front I thought I had the wrong order and a waitress popped up out of no where tells me they can't change it or give me my money back because that's their roast beef, I was in disbelief. When she saw my face of confusion she said she would get her manager. Manager came over asked if I wanted cash as a refund I said yes politely I understand some places could be short of staff or overwhelmed. But she didn't even bother checking how much my refund was she just gave me $8?? Now I see it's not them being overwhelmed it's them being undertrained. I asked her if they were short in cash because one meal was 13.99 she then hands me more money adding up to the meal no comment or apology.

I then proceed to wait 10mins for bacon just for the first waitress to hand it to me looking over at the manager making some type of connection?? I was in disbelief I don't usually have time to write these reviews, but this definitely called for it. So sad to see this location get this bad. But I just wanted to let it be known that it's not what it use to be. Attached a picture of their chicken tortilla soup yuck...

Just picked up our dinner and things haven't been good since. I'll start with saying I did speak to the manager who was apologetic and offered to give me a free strips dinner next time I ordered but in all honesty the more we eat the worse it gets and another phone call isn't worth it. The chicken strip dinner that we ordered had one less strip in it than normal. The remaining strips were the size of Wendy's nuggets. When I called the first time I was told that they had cut down a strip to saze cost. Ok that's life these days. But the size of them were a joke. Then when we opened the bag with the ranch and soup and syrup in it it was so haphazardly thrown in there lids had fallen off and there was everything everywhere. On top of that everyone's fries were barely cooked. Like they pulled the fries from the bag and let them sit so they weren't frozen and then put them into my meal. They're not cooked soggy and cold in the middle. I spend money on feeding my family I need to be able to sit down and eat my meal when I get home but it's been 20 minutes and I'm still trying to cook uncooked food clean up a mess and still haven't been able to eat. I live in Ann Arbor but did live in Farmington for almost 20 years and eat at your restaurant many times even now I make the drive from Ann Arbor to you just for your food today they had stuffed green pepper soup it was wonderful I'm hoping two to make it for myself I think you're restaurant is the best in the area for good food good service good servers plus you give a senior discount good for you we really appreciate it as we live on Social Security so saving something on our meals we are thankful for I wish there was a Ram's Horn up here in Ann Arbor near the Briarwood Mall I think it would go over famously we have many visitors appear because of the college and football games which usually stay in motels and eat out you are definitely a five-star even a 7 I'll be back in two weeks and be having a meal there keep up the good work so I will have a good place to have a good meal plus you offer such a great menu of items glad to do this and appreciate...
