We just purchased two matresses from Matress Outlet . My husband and I have been searching online for a new matress for several months. We didnt want to deal with hovering, or high pressure sales people at stores. On a whim I ventured into the Matress Outlet where the sales associate was courteous and friendly. He made me feel comfortable browsing and taking my time. ( WITHOUT HOVERING) When all was said and done I bought an extra matress for the guest bedroom, as well as, one for us. We had them deliver the next day . The delivery went smoothly. The delivery men were very professional. They removed our old matresses and were ready to set up the new ones.
