Wendy's — Restaurant in Farmington

So I believe in giving new businesses a fair shot because a lot of times things are rocky in the beginning. Our first visit was opening day and things were pretty good. We went back almost a week later on a Weds evening and it was much different. It didn't seem too busy, which wasn't an issue, but the dining area needed some attention ( again wasn't totally gross, but was messy in areas. I could see the floor by the drive thru window was very messy with trash and trash was pretty full and tables and floors needed a pick me up. That wasn't really what got me. The part I didn't like was while we were waiting on our food, there was a young man at the front giving out the orders to dine in customers and was bagging the food. He didn't have gloves on and we watched as a box of fries was spilled on the counter. He then scooped them up back into the box with his bare hands and proceeded to put the fries in the bag. Once it got to our order, the same thing happened again and my son actually asked for fresh fries at that point. I don't recall seeing anyone in the kitchen that was prepping food with any type of gloves on. Maybe that's not required but if you are touching the food, I think it should be. Again, this was not to say we would never go back. Just hope that it doesn't get worse. We do enjoy Wendy's and was excited to have one close to us. We couldn’t wait for this place to open. We love Wendy’s food. We have been there three times already, and all three times our order was messed up. On the third visit, I scanned the QR code on my receipt and let them know all the issues with my wrong order. I did not check the bag sitting in the drive through because it was so busy, as it is every day since they opened. We ordered baconaters, spicy chicken nuggets, fries and drinks. We received mushroom burgers, no fries, drinks were not correct and for $46 you would think it would be somewhat corrrect. We don’t eat mushrooms and would never order them. We were in the drive through for 40 minutes waiting… The next day, I got a call from Amber the day shift manager. She apologized sincerely and added us to a list to replace our order. We went back about a week later and surprise, there is no list according to employees and we did not get our food. Needless to say, I won’t spend anymore of my money at this location, which is a shame because we love...

I went thru the drive thru. I ordered a Single Son of a Baconator and a Sm Stbr Lemon drink. The drink was for my granddaughter. Several hrs later when I finally had time to sit down and eat, I opened the bag to pull out my burger and to my surprise, fries spilled out. I DID NOT order fries. Anyway, I pulled them out of the way and gol l l (t my burger out. I opened it up to take the lettuce and tomato off so I could reheat it. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I saw that there was only 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on it. On top of all of that, I was charged for a Combo. Yes, that is what I got, but that is NOT what I ordered. I called the store and had to leave a message, can you believe that, a message on a fast food phone. Give me a break¡ This is the 1st time I have been to a WENDY'S since I left California in 2011. I love their food. I can't say that I will ever go back to this one at least. Maybe another one might be better, but I would not recommend FARMINGTON WENDY'S...
