Placed an online order that was supposed to be read at a specific time. I know that things can get a little hectic, so I will generally wait a couple extra minutes before I ask . When I arrived I checked the online pick up area as I had been told, but nothing there. There was only two customers in line, so it wasn’t overly busy. I waited a few minutes and when those two customers had been served I asked about my order. The cashier asked if I had checked the online pickup area and I told him it wasn’t there. He checked the line, not finding it, he finally turned to the area where they seem to put the online orders and found it in a “stack” of order slips. He turned to me with one of those “oops we screwed up” look, said “sorry, we haven’t started it yet “. He placed it by the person who was starting orders, but at first didn’t say anything. I guess he thought about it, then turned back to the person starting orders and said to do mine first. Finally, twenty minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I finally got my order with a “sorry, we were busy”. Now granted, at least six other people ordered and got their orders while I waited. Sadly, while I was waiting, two other people came in for online orders only to find themselves in the exact same predicament. Their orders were completely ignored as well. The staff placed my bread directly on the bare counter, which was covered in oil and vinegar residue—something I specifically asked to avoid for both cleanliness and personal preference.
When I politely requested that my sandwich be prepared on the paper, both the young male and female employees began to argue with me instead of correcting the issue. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the manager stood by without intervening or addressing the situation.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Food should be handled with proper hygiene, and customers should be treated with basic respect. It’s clear the staff lacks proper training in both customer service and food safety.
I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others. I also plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to report...

We placed an order using the app. However immediately realized the pick up time was incorrect so we called the store immediately and gave them the proper pick up time which was 18 minutes later. They said over the phone, not to worry, they would make the sandwhich at that time. But within 5 minutes of this call, we ran into traffic crossing lake ray hubbard bridge. So we called back to say that we would just need to update them when to make the sandwhich as traffic was at a standstill. They then said well the sandwhich is already made which was well before the original pick up time, but he said he would remake it once we got there. So once we arrive the manager had our sandwhich which was cold as it was the 1st sandwich they made and he suggested they would not give us a fresh hot sandwhich.
For us, we will never visit this establishment again, and we love the food there and we told them that. I guess the cost of remaking 1 sandwhich in there eyes...
