Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fayetteville

The service here is very mediocre! The manager here acts as if she could care less about her customers or the experience that they encounter. The driver comes to your house with the music blasted(seriously) I live in a nice quiet community. I hate the loud music. Then once we open our pizza we find that all the toppings decided to regroup to one side of the pizza and the biz was extremely greasy. We order from this one often and we stopped for a while because we experience issues just as often. When we call to talk to management we encounter the same lady who seems to have an attitude an could care less. She is very nonchalant and unapologetic when it's an issue. She is quick to tell you "Oh you can come pick it up yourself" . If I could go out to get it I would have! This place needs to find a new manager because its evident that the manager is unhappy with her job and is not a people person. The drivers need training on how to deliver food to customers house without the loud music and respect people's neighborhoods. I think we will just visit the Pizza Hut on Bragg Blvd. They are more equipped to handle their customers and their establishment making sure there are no errors like the...

I don't order from here often because of problems with my last visit, but I decided to give it another chance because it was closer than my usual store. I wait at the counter for 10 min just to pay for my food that was already done, while employee walking around eating . I was scared to get out my car because of the numerous people running up to the car asking for money. Didn't feel safe at all. However the inside area was clean. I get home to my food and despite me ordering 3xtra toppings my pizza probably have 5 pieces of bacon and 10 pieces of mushrooms on the entire pizza. And my pizza melt wasn't nothing but cheese and bread . I ordered extra and received none basically and my wings were dry with barely any sauce. I would normally give them 5 stars ⭐ but unfortunately this visit was different. I ordered online for curbside pick up because I didn't have my mask with me. I called when I pulled up to see the timeframe for my order. The lady said it was ready & I said that I ordered curbside pick up as I didn't have my mask. She said "Oh you can come get it". Poor service & I had to go get my order without my mask on. That didn't make me happy. The young man that gave me my order was very polite & had great customer service.
