My son had a ball at Chuck-E-Cheeses I'm not really been to a lot of Chuck-E-Cheeses maybe one other one when I was young. So I don't have a lot to compare it to other stores that are Chuck-E-Cheeses but I will say that it was fun and affordable I brought in my coupon and my sons brochure sticker chart and got extra then I usually would they were cooperative and never argued with me about it at all which was really excellent since a lot of places give you a hard time using coupons I found that very good and that they did not. These workers were laid back they mostly said of the table close by I honestly don't mind that at all I know that would bother some people though but I don't like hangover you employees at all. As far as a restaurant goes I don't know if the atmosphere would suit to be a nice restaurant but it's perfect for what it is you don't really want a lot of bugging going on while you're eating and playing and doing so much more it was hard enough to keep my son focus without having to entertain questions from a server they brought us AR Pizza and never bothered us again my son did try to get a lady's attention to get some silverware or something and it did take a while for them to come out so that he could ask but they helped him right away once they saw him. The one thing I could say really negative about this store is that a lot of their machines were broken but it was not posted that they were broken I probably spent quite a few tokens in one of the machines probably even more than they gave me back but they did give me back some tokens I'm not the type to complain to try to get more but I did tell them and they were willing to give me some tokens back in exchange for what I had lost so it was kind of nice we got more time out of our tokens even though we didn't really get them to work some of them worked in the machines and then the machine would mess up again and again and I didn't really realize that it was messed up until I have used it quite a bit. Their staff did seem a little understaffed or perhaps not involved in making it better. I will also say that there was supposed to be some kind of ticket blast or something but as far as I know they never gave any tickets or anything else away Chucky did come out every hour or however long he was supposed to and do his routine even though there was only like three children there for the longest time. We were there in the daytime so I have a feeling that might be why it was so laid back as it got later and more children started coming in in the evening they did pick up and be more professional. Overall I really like the store I can't give it a bad rating who doesn't love a fun place like Chuck E Cheese's even if there were some inconveniences and differences I'm still giving it a high rating I love the store I wish we had one in my area. We had to drive all the way to Fayetteville to get to it I didn't go to the one in Springdale but there is another one in Springdale if you seem unhappy with this one although I have checked it on the computer and it seems like this one was the more highly recommended one because of everything they take and everything they have their the store seems bigger online however have not been to the other...
Read moreMy wife reserved a birthday party for our grandson. The birthday party was supposed to be a good positive experience, but it was anything but that. There was another family that seemed to get the VIP treatment and they got what we had also paid for. Chucky was supposed to come out and dance and sing happy birthday and bring our cake just like the service the other family got, but instead we had to go get my grandson's cake ourselves and we had to sing him happy birthday and we alone danced with him. And then before our 2 hour reserve was up they (staff) came out and told us we'd have to pack up our shit and get out. The other family got there to Chuck E Cheese 10 minutes after we did but was not told or forced to leave. Their kids were climbing into some of the games where they wasn't supposed to be, and they were being mean to other kids and just being disrespectful to everyone and yet the staff kicks us out when our grandson and his friends were being good... That's not right at all!!! The staff was hateful not just to the adults in my family but also to the kids who came to my grandsons birthday party. I'm pretty sure the staff made arrangements with the other family financially to kick us out so that they could have the whole area for their kids birthday party. And did we get a partial refund or credit for having to leave early...No! My advice for anyone who wants to reserve a birthday party at the Fayetteville Arkansas location to read our experience and decide if this is the way you want your family and kids to be treated before you reserve that birthday party here, I advise you to pick a different Chuck E Cheese location or a different business like Locomotion if you want to be treated fairly and be treated with respect. The staff wasn't even going to let my grandson open up his birthday presents, but we let him open them anyways. I really hope the CEO reads this and figures out just how poorly this location is being ran, because no kids need to endure this type of criticism, disrespect, or hatefulness. Chuck E Cheese - Fayetteville Arkansas.... You have permanently lost our business as well as the business from all the parents of the kids at our birthday party. PS: The other family was there at least 30 minutes longer than we were there and still hadn't came out by the time we got everything packed up in our cars to leave. It's like we paid for half of there reservation seeings how we only got to utilize a portion of our...
Read moreMy review is based solely off service and employees. This location has been remodeled and was very clean and had lots of new games that worked. However service and management is awful and I will not be bringing my child back. We visited during the week day when there was not a soul in the place. My 1 year old saw the giant foam stairs leading to the trampoline area and went up and started to go in. The door says see attendant for admission or something like that— I didn’t see a sign for a minimum height requirement only non slip socks and a maximum height requirement. He had no slip socks on so I got him down and we went to ask permission and to see if he was big enough to do it. They informed me it was an additional charge of 12.00 to enter it. Which hey— the sign should say a fee for admission but, for a large child who can throughly enjoy it for a time frame that’s fine however when there isn’t a soul in the place and a little baby just wants to explore— where a kid can be kid “right?” Manager said upon leaving she would allow it but there was other kids in the place when I asked earlier which there wasn’t that was the whole point in asking to begin with. I wouldn’t allow my kid in there with a bunch of older kids. Then Said it might be a liability but they would let him since no one was in there this time, and continued to make excuses. It should have a lock on it because kids think they can just go in there when it’s wide open— they need to get their policies in check. If he’s to small fine, if I need to pay in order to let him in fine, but I think a little human kindness in this world would be appreciated. Just let the little guy crawl in there, he would probably be sick of it in a couple seconds. In the 90’s everything at Chuck E’s was included including ball pits, kid zone climbing areas, slides, etc. and that was where a kid could be a kid. When someone is trying to do the honest thing and asking permission and you have a chance to show a little kindness and spark some joy in a child, take it. Condescending attitudes are too common these days. It’s not like they don’t make a fortune on every person who comes...
