I have been looking around for an established company to sell my silver to. I saw this company has very positive experiences based on their customer’s visits. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by both staff, and it was Brooke who I interacted with this transaction. She was very profession while also being very approachable. She asked what I was wanting to do and she was amazing! She offered up a brief rundown and made sure I had all my questions answered while putting my mind at ease. You would’ve thought we were longtime friends. She had the best customer service. She was never distracted. She maintained eye contact so I would know I have her undivided attention. While she was going through my silver, we talked about a few other things about my transaction with her. She educated me in the equipment she was using and it seemed like a piece of technology from the future. She was very efficient with the entire process, yet I never felt rushed. As other reviews said, this store gives the best prices around. My jaw dropped at her offer as it was quite generous! I strongly recommend stopping by here to either buy or sell. I stand corrected the young man was Fairer than most. He did do bulk buy instead of coin collector buying . But he forsure did not have time for research time it would of taken to do this in that method of business. So he was as fair as anyone if not more. He was a very respectful and answer better than most. Absolutely amazing service. I went in to sell a necklace on Tuesday and Jay was so helpful. He made me feel comfortable right away. My boyfriend and I are looking to get engaged soon and he told me that they do custom jewelry. We already have a diamond that we are using, but wanted a unique setting. We went back in today to see what they could do and Ryan was there. He was so personable and gave us the most genuine advice.
