Their flavor choices are awesome, but… When we arrived there was a car pulling into the drive through, she helped them first, took their order, made it and finished them out before greeting us, which was fine. However, after she took our order she went to start it and then decided she would take someone else’s order first (mind you we just stood patiently for almost 10 minutes waiting, and now we are waiting again) so she took the next customers order, then finally started our order, BUT then she waited again to give us our 1 snow cone until she also finished making the next customers order. WHY? If a customers order is completely ready and they are sitting in the heat waiting, why would you not hand it to them until you make the next order too? Very poor logic and efficiency.

This place started off feeling like a good choice. They offered larger cups with flat tops to accommodate our travel and to eliminate the mess. Huge plus. The flavor was mediocre compared to others and their ice was hard and lumpy, not well filtered and tasted like dirt. They were a little light on juice in 2 of our 4 Cones. After we left and entered a store, 2 of my family members had juice and sticky sugar all over them because their cups had holes in the bottom that we didn't notice until they started melting. I thought the staff was extremely friendly, the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that I wish they put a little more syrup throughout. The top is usually good but once you get into it there is just never enough lots of patchy white ice places. Another thing that would be great is of you pay extra for cream if it could be throughout the snow cone not just on the top..I deffinatly will continue to come back just thought I would share my feedback for...
