Crumbl — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I waited 45 minutes to get the cookies. When i got them, the cake was SOGGY AND WET. and the other cookies looked nothing like they did online. Not only were the cookies bad, Everyone in the back was kinda just standing around doing, what looked like, everything BUT making cookies so people could get their things and leave. There were literally 0 cookies ready in the back. The waiting area was so full people had to wait outside. I’ve never been to a crumbl that was so underprepared and slow. I know it just opened but it was horrible service and efficiency for one of their first weeks- plus the people in the back looked like they were in a daze. I wrote an initial 5/5 review of this place months back but wow. I came here on April 21st and one of the employees was extremely rude. He asked me a question and I didn’t hear him, so I asked him what he said and he turned away and completely ignored me. After he put the cookie in the box he shoved it towards me and said “here you go.” I have no idea what in the world I did to this guy but what a horrible new hire. Don’t know his name, just that he was very tall and miserable.

The cookies are usually decent, but the wait time is too long. Even when I order in the app and tap "I'm here" 15 minutes before I get there on a day when no other customers are waiting, I still have to wait several more minutes before I can get the cookies. Not once have I ever been able to just go in, grab the box, and go. Other days several people will come and go while I'm stood there like an idiot waiting for someone to even acknowledge...
