We asked for an order of veggie tacos. Was told by a female who claims to be the manager they don't have veggie tacos only a veggie burrito. Didn't quite understand how a taco couldn't be made without meat but agreed to the burrito since that's all she claimed to have had. Got it home didn't know it would have refried beans on it because we don't normally eat burritos. Threw the whole burrito away. Called back spoke to the female manager. I asked do they absolutely not sell tacos that have lettuce and tomatoes. She replied yes they sell a taco with ground beef, lettuce and tomatoes and that they have no way of taking off the charge for the meat. I asked so why couldn't you have said we can make it without the meat but we will have to charge the regular price if thats ok at least giving us an option and we would have been totally ok with that. She came up with the excuse that they had done that before with another customer and had an issue. She nonchalantly said I can just give you a refund. I told her it wasn't about the money, we genuinely wanted the food and probably won't return due to the lack of professionalism she said ok and hung up. Not sure if she was really a manager but if so, she is in the wrong profession. At no time should a manager act as if losing a customer doesn't matter. Just tacky. Not to mention when I called she answered and immediately said can you hold on. Left me on hold for 7 minutes and never even apologized. You could tell in her voice when she returned back to the phone and said hello that she had forgotten she...
   Read moreSo as a woman with ocd...I order nacho Carbon and request to have my chips separated from the toppings...I get denied by the big guy saying the manager said I can't have "MY FOOD" ordered that way due to portion control even though I let them know I don't want any extra chips and it's ok if they give me less to accommodate their portions and because of my ocd I don't like to eat it like that....next time I get a argument about how the restaurant is losing money due to me requesting to have my food separated....then some little girl comes up and says "I told her before idk why she keeps asking" (even though after every argument they give me my food separated like i asked 2 times already).....BECAUSE THATS HOW I WANT MY FOOD ...the time prior they tried to tell me i had to PAY for a side of chips even though they come with them....Ive never come to a restaurant and couldn't have my food accommodated for me or any PAYING CUSTOMER...so after spending about $40 i get home to meat and shrimp over soggy chips soaked in the juices from every meat at the bottom...what a waste and a lesson learned .....anyways for good food GO TO SIMLOS CAFE OR ISLAND FLAVOR...NO ATTITUDE ABOUT UR FOOD FROM ANYONE AND THE COOKS HAVE EXCELLENT PORTION CONTROL AND MEASUREMENTS BECAUSE THEY ALL GRADUATED ....I'll no longer be eating here.    Read moreHours are incorrect on Google and even the hours posted on store front are incorrect. Came through drive thru at 430. Waited 10 minutes with 2 cars behind me and watched workers peek through blinds to look at us. I heard drive thru hell notification on drive up and knocked on window prior to getting out (I wanted to give benefit of the doubt that maybe I had not been heard pulling up)I get out and try to go inside because again, I want to give benefit of the doubt. Door is locked. Itâs 439 and guy says âitâs 5 we are closedâ I say âitâs 430 and the hours say 530 so an hour early ?â he says âItâs 440 and I need 20 minutes to cleanâŠsorry.â He was very friendly regarding this however, My issue here is (if) the hours are posted incorrectly and there were enough people peeping out blinds that couldnât somone have opened the window and said something to the 3 cars that were in line? Instead of just peeking out and ignoring customers while they have closed early outside of operating hours with no signage stating as such. I just truly hope some employers absence at the work place hasnât been taken advantage of by people who just want to be off work early. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect. Canât comment on the food, since I never got any. Probably will not return either just based off of not knowing true...
