This is my third visit to this particular Dunkin Donuts location, and I had not been there in ten months when I decided to give the another chance today. My last two visits were less than stellar, so I had previously written this location off. Today reminded me why I wrote it off. I went in just a few minutes after 9am, and even though I was the only one at the counter, I had to wait. The Because of the scarce amount of donuts and varieties that I could see, I asked if there were any other options possibly in the back. Since I was purchasing two dozen donuts for my staff, I wanted a variety. The young lady with glasses and no name tag told me that what I saw was it and that there would be no more for the day. Of course, sounded strange to me since it was 9am, and they usually don't close until 8 or 9 pm, but I moved forward with my order. The young lady was not mean, but she was definitely not hospitable or nice. I could describe her as an "urban robot". She never smiled and treated me as though I was getting on her nerves for coming in and spending money in the establishment helping to keep her employed. As a black man myself, I run two businesses in Fayetteville, and have learned from trial and error, that attitudes and hospitality matter. Even though I live close by, my future stops will be to patronize the competition. The Building renovations really look nice and I was drawn to give them another chance to win by business, but I found that when I went in, the renovations were equal to putting lipstick on a pig. No matter how good you make it look, it is still a pig. If you care about the service you get and the way you are treated in the places you choose to spend your money, stay away from here. Not sure if it is corporate store or a franchise, but I can guarantee that its financial well being is suffering due to the...

Read moreThursday July 3rd I did a mobile order for an iced latte and the bucket of munchkins that they had a double reward points offer for. I paid using Google pay. I get to the drive thru to let them know I'm here. First thing I'm told is that they don't have the munchkins and ask if I wanted something else instead. I say no just give me the drink. Here's where the problem starts. At the window, I'm given my drink and that's it. Stupidity might be on my part here but I assumed like with any normal store they would automatically refund my credit card because I didn't get the munchkins. I let a few days pass thinking that it'll take a few days to process. I call them today only to be told that because I didn't ASK for the refund I couldn't get one! Am I crazy to assume they would do their part as a business and refund people's money instead of keeping it for themselves? I called the Dunkin help line, explained that I was angry (the local Dunkin employee was rude and we got into it), and told her the situation. She automatically apologized and verified my info and said I would get refunded. I asked her why there wasn't any signage or posting on the app about having to ask for a refund. She said each store has separate owners and they set the policy. So, if you use the Dunkin on Ramsey St, Beware! They don't put customers first and see no harm in keeping...
