CLUTCH Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I decided to try Clutch Coffee Bar for the first time on 8/9/2025. I was so excited as I had been looking at drink recommendations on TikTok beforehand. I arrived at the establishment, which wasn't busy at all. I pulled up to the window and one employee was on the other side assisting a customer and another employee was sitting down scrolling on her phone. The window was open so I was able to see very clearly inside the building. I sat there waiting for her to notice me. I even backed my car up a little bit to make sure that she could see me. The employee assisting another customer had her back toward me since she was working on the other side of the building, turned around and noticed me before the one that was scrolling on her phone. She told her coworker that I was at the window waiting and she finally got up to help me. Yes, I could have said "Excuse me" to get her attention, but I felt like since she was literally sitting down facing the side I was on, that she should have immediately known that I was there. My receipt says that my server was Kayla S. She was a Caucasian female with red hair. She took my order (small iced avalanche with oatmilk). I drove away and when I took my first sip, something seemed off. As I continued to drive, I began to shake the drink hoping that it would taste better as I continued to drink it and it didn't. There was a chalky, powdery taste with every sip that I took. I was extremely disappointed, not only with the customer service, but also with the drink. Also, because I switched out whole milk for oatmilk, there was an $0.85 charge. Even Starbucks doesn't charge for different milks. Maybe the CEO/ownership should look into...

My first time coming to this coffee stand, I was thoroughly impressed. I’m from Washington state where we have coffee stands on every corner and it was so nice to find a drive-through coffee shop out here that actually had good coffee and energy drink options. I have stopped by a few times since. Last week I stopped by, and the young lady who help me at the drive-through wasn’t very pleasant, but you never know what someone is dealing with or going through or how her day may have been, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried to be as kind as possible and got her to be a little more personable by the end of my visit. Then today… the last time I’ll probably ever come here. Same young lady who helped me at my prior visit. I parked my car and walked up to the “walk up” window. She told me I had to get back in my car and use the drive through side because that window was for walk up’s only. I was so confused so I asked her what is considered a walk up and she said when people park and get out and walk up… again, confused because that’s what I did. She then told me I didn’t park in the right spot. I was too close to the drive through area and I had to park in a particular spot??? Okay, that’s fine but what really got me was how RUDE she was about it!!! As mentioned, this was the same young lady who had a not so friendly demeanor at my previous visit but today, was next level. I’m very disappointed! ! If I could, I’d give zero stars for everything I would not recommend and I will not return. Today was my birthday.

June 23 around 7:30 PM first time ever going there two young girls were working Or should I say existing behind the glass. Because neither one of then greeted us when we pulled up to the window. The place was completely dead. We thought y’all were closed so you would’ve thought they’d be nice.
