The staff was quite courteous and it didn't take a extreme amount of time waiting. I was able to get an appointment pretty fast after cracking my glass. I paid out of pocket for the glass in my truck. Everything was put back together with no problem. The glass was so nice it looked as if there was no glass at all. I was pleased with their professionalism since I was already upset, I had Safelite reschedule me twice. I just make a call and got an appointment the next day. It was quite convenient, they did offer to file it with my insurance but I opted out, because the price was just about my deductible anyway. Great job...
