The establishment is not an inviting, friendly nor effectively ran one. I've given 2 to 3 opportunities on different occasions to swing by just to see if my previous experience would be similar or not. Today was visit #3. I went inside to place an order. The same exact African American unfriendly, irritated, disoriented woman came to the register to take our orders. What I ordered was listed on the menu for $11.99 however they had a sign sitting on the counter advertising the same meal for $10.99. I advised her that there was likely an oversight but she should honor the lower price because it was literally on the advertisement sitting right on the counter. She agreed with an attitude by saying well today I'll give it to you for that price but if you come back here tomorrow it will be 11.99. I have no doubt if I go back tomorrow....because of how poorly ran it is I'll make the same point to her AGAIN! Lazy! Take the advertisement down if the price has changed. Next she completely tried to sabotage both of the meals we ordered by giving me a spicy chicken sandwich when she knew I ordered a classic one. Hold on it gets better, she then intentionally argued that she placed our barbecue sauce in the bag when she didn't. Now usually I may consider saying they are understaffed and maybe overworked however the other staff members were moving like nothing was going on. A African American male was standing looking at her give us our order and thought that we would be impressed by him mumbling words such as he doesn't care about where anyone is from nobody can do him any type of way. Sir we just want our food you working at KFC is your choice not ours. Don't get intimidated by customers that you feel look better than you and may hold more currency then you do. I could care less if you were a billionaire working there, do your job and help your struggling co worker get our orders together. Effectively. If you want better then find better. Simple. Fayetteville is a great area but the attitudes and customer service is very low at this KFC. Management...
Read moreShawana, who I guess is a manager or team lead needs to be demoted or fired definitely doesn't have customer service skills or leadership skill for that matter. I literally waited. 45 minutes in the drive-through line upon pulling up something was litterally mumbled over the intercom. Didn't understand it so asked what had been said. No reply. Assuming it was can you hold for one second I waited about 10 minutes. After waiting I said "Hello?" To the be addressed with "can you hold also there's a 30 minute wait on chicken". Good to know guess even thought I was not ordering chicken. After another 20 minutes of waiting, I respond hello. The same place comes and says ma'am I told you it was gonna be a 30 minute wait on chicken. I'm in here handling something. I didn't reply OK ma'am I was just asking that all those chicken in 30 minutes are you all not taking orders at this time and she says you can come inside but it's still gonna be the same wait. I'll let Shawanda know that I was only asking for clarification because I hadn't heard anything for the past 20 minutes. Her response was a "yeah, OK" Needless to say, I waited for 45 minutes in total in that line, 5 cars went around me and then when I finally pulled up, they were taking orders at the window. The young employee at the window stated that he wasn't the one on the intercom once explaining why I was sitting back there with no response so I asked to speak to the person on the intercom. She rudely comes to the window as if I am bothering her. When I tried to explain that I have been waiting for a while and spoke with her twice on the intercom she says "No you did not, you must've drove off or something ", although I had been sitting there the whole time. I do believe that there was a camera on the building so if you all can take a look, I arrived around 5:45pm and left around 6:30pm, without any food for my two-year-old, which was the only reason I was coming there. Thanks for nothing Shawanda/ Shalanda. I hope you handled whatever conflict was in the...
Read moreRUDE. I always wonder why there’s no one at this location and Popeyes is wrapped around the building. This is the second time I was met with rudeness when asking to substitute thighs for breasts even though I was willing to pay the extra price. The first time after I told them I don’t understand why you can switch out the pieces I want. The menu just says 8 pieces. I went ahead and paid the $40. For an 8 piece. With 4 breasts, 2 legs, and 2 wings. It tasted fine. It was Sunday and I didn’t want to cook. Today is a week day. There are no cars in the parking lot and only one in the drive-thru. Stacy, the manager is rude. She immediately yelled at me and told me she couldn’t change out the thighs. I told her I was willing to pay extra. This time I had a coupon for $18.99. I told her I was willing to pay extra for the breasts. A man yelled through the speaker we can substitute unless you pay regular price and we add extra for the breasts. Now, Stacy said they couldn’t substitute but the man said they could if I paid the regular price plus extra for breasts. I’m not sure if they’re stealing money from the til. Taking the breasts home or what. They are rude. They don’t care about the business and if I owned this location I would fire everyone and hang banners starting they are under new management. A small town like Fayetteville should not have such poor customer service. Harlan Sanders is turning over...
