TLDR; service slow, missing items, no customer service, closes randomly, food cold, up-charges you without asking, DO NOT RECOMMEND spending your hard earned money here.
Let me just say, Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 is and has been one of my favorite fast food places for 3 decades.
Now for this location. Every single time I’ve gone there has been an issue. And tonight was the last straw. I will no longer be eating here. And for reference I typically order in the evenings.
The drive through is abysmal. No customer service - my cashier was NiomiSymone tonight and she up charged my drink to large for 20 cents extra (without asking?!), my order was missing a soft taco 🌮 (my favorite), and the box was missing the chipotle sauce that came with the new chicken dip burritos I wanted to try. 🌯 On top of that, it was slow service and the food that I DID get was cold and/or soggy. 😵💫
I went a few days ago and they said “We’re closed due to difficulties”. (And this isn’t the first time they’ve closed their restaurant randomly) Like what is going on??
And previously I’ve gone through the drive through and they were out of all drinks 🥤 except for those slushie things. So when they put in the replacement they CHARGED me for that additional price! Usually when you’re out of stock on something they exchange it without charging you extra. Unbelievable and I wouldn’t have even ordered that if I knew they were going to up charge.
On top of that, every time I’ve gone, it’s just never been a pleasant experience. One time ordering inside they made us use the kiosk and when I went to wait to pick up the order they said they didn’t carry that item… Okay, well put a sign up or update your kiosk with available items and let your customers know. Making a hassle for no reason and the manager at the time gave me attitude about her not putting a sign up as it’s against policy. Just no common sense or common courtesy at this place. And I’m sure it stems from the top down.
Unfortunately and fortunately I will not be visiting this location anymore.
Just save yourselves some sanity and go elsewhere. They can’t get an order right, are rude to paying customers, and frequently close or have many missing items on the menu. The food you do get is cold and weird. You do NOT get what you pay for here.

When I pulled up I specifically ordered two crunch wraps I said both with no lettuce one with no tomato and one with no sour cream not only did she give me the order both of them filled with lettuce they had a complete attitude when I came back. I am specifically allergic to lettuce. Regardless I came back nicely the first time and asked if it could be remade because I was allergic. When I got to the window I didn’t get a greeting I was immediately asked to give the wrong ones back which I didn’t have a problem with once the cashier snatched the bag out of my hand I was given a new bag I obviously pulled over to make sure that this one was right before my way back home. Not only was this one incorrect again she specifically labeled the ones without what I requested and put the items in both of them again. They were so poorly wrapped the crunch wraps fell apart. I took pictures of both of them that are posted below. This time when I came back around I was immediately aggravated I had lost my patience and I demanded them to be made correctly. She decided instead to give me a cash refund I didn’t want a refund I wanted my food obviously but she was too lazy to make it right. I don’t know who taught this woman customer service but I have never had a problem with this location as long as I have lived in Fayetteville. I just got off of a 12 hour shift and I was just trying to get food for me and my family before going home. Taco Bell can check the cameras and see that this incident happened. I was treated completely unkind even when I was first kind. I never wanted a refund I just wanted somebody to make it right even after the misunderstanding I still was patient. Not only did this cook manage to ruin my night but now I am going home to my family with nothing to eat because it’s too late at night. Read moreAs of late, the Fayetteville, GA location @ 246 Banks Crossing has been on a steady decline, especially but not exclusively, related to customer service. About 9:00p.m., I came inside the store to place my order because I was told the drive-thru system was down. It was a bit inconvenient, but not the overarching problem.
What made the service abhorrent was the demeanor and outright absence of professionalism of the supervisor on duty. I did not get her name but can attest to the fact she was yelling at the top of her lungs at employees and using insane amounts of profanity with a lobby full of patrons. It drew everyone's attention to it. Personally, I thought it was the beginning of an altercation until I realized it was just the supervisor's unprofessional attempt to display authority. It made the atmosphere so uncomfortable, it felt like you were in a highly dangerous and impoverished neighborhood in an establishment run by individuals with no home training. This is not the level of quality for which Fayetteville has always historically been recognized. That supervisor should surely be re-assigned and re-trained!
If it were not for one young lady named ANYA, I would have rated this experience as zero stars. She had absolute command of EVERYTHING! She acknowledged every customer in the lobby, apologized for the delays, made concessions for the extended wait times with courtesy soda cups and coupons for everyone, manned the front counter, and even monitored traffic outside in effort to provide food delivery drivers with their orders...AND she did so with the utmost COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM AND, RESPECT for herself and others around her. I genuinely believe she possesses the customer service acumen that this store needs and recommend that she be offered a management position IMMEDIATELY! Her visible leadership, strong work ethic, and positive demeanor will rebuild this...
