McDonald's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

My family and I did a mobile order while sitting in the very slow long line at this location. When we reached the first window, the lady was very polite and instructed us to the next window since we had already paid on the app. When we reached the 2nd window, the first thing that we noticed was the Manger being aggressive towards the employees and making it chaotic. When the gentleman at the window asked if we had a certain order that was not ours, we politly corrected him and the manager was still being aggressive and he ended up walking away from the very chaotic situation the manager was causing. She then began barking out towards us with a very negative attitude about our order asking if it was a Mobile order. We then sat there a few more minuets waiting on our order and first got our apple juice then the kids meal that ended up not having a toy. When we attempted to get another lady's attention that was at the window, she acted as if she didn't hear us after almost having to yell ma'am about 4 times. She finally acknowledged us and did get the toy. After a few more minutes went by we finally got our meals and asked for ketchup. It was given to us with attitude but we got all of our items. We do not blame the attitude from staff but we do know that if the manager was not stressing out the employees regardless if they were messing up or not or yelling and being aggressive is not the way to run anything because it runs employees and...

We visited this McDonald’s after stopping at another location in Raeford, NC, which was only accepting cash — no debit or credit cards. Since we were on our way to see Soul on Fire at a theater in Fayetteville, we decided to grab a quick bite here.

Right away, the drive-thru experience was frustrating. As we pulled up, the staff listed off at least three menu items they were out of. They also mentioned being out of soda. The only drinks available were water and sweet tea. Unbelievable.

I ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish and, despite already waiting a while, was asked to pull forward. I waited patiently, but it took so long that I ended up circling around again to check in. I was told it would be out soon — but it still took a full 20 minutes, and I finally received my sandwich at 7:02 PM.

By the time we got to the theater, all the seats for Soul on Fire, an inspirational film we were looking forward to, were sold out except for the very front row. What’s more, the only parking spot left without a long walk was one where a vehicle with the tag “80 A” was pulling out — oddly enough, right in front of the One Battle After Another movie display. I just found that... peculiar.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The missing items, long wait, and poor coordination, made an already not so good experience more stressful than it...

Worst McDonald Ever AT THIS TIME….. I PULL UP TO GET MY FOOD I ORDERED CURBSIDE WEDNESDAY THEY MADE ME WAIT 30 MIN OUTSIDE TO NOT BRING MY FOOD THEN I DECIDED TO GO DRIVE THRU THEY TOOK MY ORDER WENT THRU THEN THEY PULLED ME TO THE FRONT AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BRING MY FOOD AND NEVER CAME. I WENT INSIDE THEY CONSTANTLY ASK ME FOR MY RECEIPT THAT I CONSTANTLY KEPT SHOWING THEM FOR THEM TO SAY THERE MAKING IT AND FOR IT TO NEVER COME. FINALLY AFTER STANDING AND WAITING FOR NOTHING I JUST LEFT.

Today I ordered breakfast and as I was otw I received the notification that my food was done 3 minutes before I got there. So I pulled curbside and as I’m waiting abt 10 minutes, I’m looking back waiting for someone and the person who’s supposed to bring my order flags his hand to go through the drive thru from the door of the building. After going through Wednesday I was fed up at this point so I pull to the front door and as I’m getting out the car he walks to the counter grabs my food and hands it to me. AT 9:20 in the morning. LIKE IT HAS TO BE A JOKE OR SOMETHING

THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED PLEASE JUST CLEAR ALL THE EMPLOYEES OFF THE ROSTER AND ADD NEW ONES CAUSE AT THIS POINT DOESNT MATTER IF ITS NIGHT SHIFT OR DAY SHIFT NONE ARE GETTING THE JOB DONE.

If I’m spending as much as I do on McDonalds I 100% deserve...
