China One — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I entered with another customer whom I was purchasing their meal. My guest was refused bathroom services to wash his hands. I was also told not to purchase food for this individual. My guest was quiet calm and posed no threat. I had to assure him to order whatever he wanted. The owner really insisted that I not buy him food. I asked him why. He had no valid reason other than he was homeless. I insisted my guest be allowed to use the paying guest privilege of bathroom services, and I invited my guest to sit down with me and eat. My guest was a person of Color just like Asians are people of Color.

I had, in the past, purchased food for 3 known homeless individuals and some of them used the bathroom without any problem from the establishment. I invited them to join me in eating in the store. Again no resistance from the owner/staff was voiced. What was different was the earlier group of individuals were White/Anglo. I will always feed the hungry and will always expect they be treated with humility. The food is always great here. I do however think their fried chicken...

I will be reporting this restaurant to the health department for possible shut down of the restaurant just because the same Chinese man with short hair, everyone else is wearing a mask and he is the only one without a mask and coughing repeatedly all in the back area of the stoves and holding pots and pans with food inside of it and going back to the stove to light the food. I am unsure if he speaks English and does not comprehend that what he is doing is not healthy or clean. I just hope I do not get sick and I may throw the food out so my kids and family will not contact anything because the man has been coughing like this for months now. I ordered here before and was hungry tonight and did not think to remember the same guy coughing everyday and it's to the point he is doing this purposely to get people sick and someone needs to come and shut the...

Ordered today for the first time in 2 years. And to say never again is an understatement. I really feel cheated. Ordered honey wings expecting to see golden honey glaze on them. I don’t know what that red spicy stuff was. My shrimp fried rice had 6 pieces of shrimp in it. And they charge more for the shrimp fried rice than the other rices. Crab Rangoon was burnt. Almost chopped a tooth trying to eat them all. And had no crab in it. Most pieces were just burnt pastry. And to top it off the SWEET tea was not sweet. It was disgusting. Not even sugar could fix it. And I love sweet tea. It’s my drink of choice wherever I eat from. I’m pregnant and was really craving food from this place cause I remember the food used to be so good.
