The server was the Sweetest Girl💞However I ordered two appetizers the calamari an the crab bites/ ragoon,the appetizers were good calamari was underseasoned but it was still okay. I ordered the shrimp an green mussels that came with 2 potatoes an 1 corn an I paid for eggs/ sausages separately because unfortunately for the expensive seafood boil didnt come with the sides you have to pay for them separately 🙄 everything about the seafood was disgusting didn't taste fresh soaked in butter but no type of taste what so ever not even an old bay flavor literally burnt butter💯 my boyfriend had the fried shrimp basket that came with supposedly eight shrimp but came with only 6 (yes o counted)an fries that looked like they were sprinkled with seasoning salt he literally only ate 2 shrimp an a few fries I asked him was it nasty an to let me taste well I shouldn't have the shrimp tasted like burnt grease over cooked an very much felt like plastic we were highly disappointed specially because i said lets go to Tasty crab or Crab dejour🤦🏽♀️ but since this was a newer seafood place we decided to give them a try an my Godwhat a terrible mistake‼️We also ordered alcoholic beverages an again disgusting asl it taste as of they used bottom shelf liquor an neither of us liked it😫poorly made period. Read moreThe manager is NOT the type of manager this place needs. I arrived a little early and tried to grab a table early before the rest of my party had arrived, 6 total. The entire place had 2 other patrons, and he refused to sit me. It was literally EMPTY, but I said OK. Now, 5 out of 6 have arrived, and he still refused to seat us. Still OK. We finally get seated and have the BEST waitress. She's was ready to take our order, drinks food and all. She was pleasant and exactly the type of person that SHOULD be the manager of that establishment. Moving onto the food, we order... food comes out, it's OK. One of the people from my party said her CHICKEN po'boy tasted like fish. She made a joke saying, "For this, I could have asked for a fish po'boy." Our amazing waitress came back and we explained the sandwich didn't taste right, could she just have the fish po'boy instead, she went to speak to the manager. The po'boy had 1 bite of it, and he wanted to charge her for the chicken (that she did not eat AND a whole new order) she declined. He refused to take the current po'boy off of the receipt. It got ugly from there. Let's just say the only person who tried their best to make it right was our waitress, Ms. Chanel#1. We were a small party of 6. The restaurant at this point only had another party of 6 there. It was not busy and the manager was NOT helpful in the matter. Very disappointed in how the service was handled by the manager. Read moreMy third time and last time! The last two times under the old management, they had crab legs and replenish fresh food on the buffet until 9pm every 10 minutes. Now under new owner, I went at 7:40pm tonight and the lady appeared to not wanted to replenish the buffet with fresher food that been sitting out for 2 hours prior such as crab legs, etc with tables of customers. She acted very selfish with bringing out anymore crab legs at 8pm then the two pieces of legs that was already there because the male cook told me that there were more crab legs in the back but the boss didn't want to put anymore out at 8:15pm before he turn the buffet bar heat off and shutting down the bars! So he asked the boss in front of me if he could, she said that she ran out (lie) and that I should have came earlier in the day!! I thought this was all you can eat crab legs on the buffet and they close at 9:30pm!!!! By 8:30pm the cook took majority of the food off the buffett bar and I left the restaurant still hungry because there was not much to choose from of my liking! But yet though, she manage to serve a table seafood boil with crab legs at 9:00pm. I wasted my time and money. Never again!! I will stick to all you can eat crabs @ Asian Delight in Garner, NC.
**Part of customer service is to make sure all customers are happy during their visit to the establishment and leave satisfied regardless if business is busy or slow!
