Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in decades... seriously. Last time was when I was a teenager lol I wanted stuffed crust pizza since I've never had one, so I took advantage of their special offer which was a better bargain than Marco's and Domino's stuffed crust offerings. I placed my order online: one large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, cupped pepperoni, and extra Italian sausage (I LOVE Italian sausage) and one large pizza with pepperoni, cupped pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Arrived there about 20 minutes after placing the order online. When I walked in the restaurant I noticed a strong bleach smell, which was a little off-putting, but okay at least they're clean lol This was on a Saturday during lunch so there was no pizza buffet going on. The lady at the cash register was very nice and friendly and immediately brought me my pizzas and asked me to check my pizzas to make sure they're correct. The second pizza with pepperoni, cupped pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms actually had Italian sausage on it too. I pointed that out out to the lady at the cash register and she apologized and said she can make another one. I didn't want to burden her staff to make another pizza since she was so nice and I didn't want them to have a pizza that had to discard and waste so I told her it was okay and I can just pick out the Italian sausage (and put it on the other pizza lol). So the point of this entire review is to say that both pizzas were cooked to perfection! The crust was perfect, the pizza sauce amount was perfect, the cheese was perfect, the toppings were perfect, and most of all, the reason I went there, the stuffed crust was absolutely amazing! The stuffed crust was perfectly salty, melty, and stretchy. I'm pretty weird because I only eat the toppings of pizzas and never the bread. But in this case I ate all of the stuffed crusts lol I am very impressed and will definitely be back! Thank you Pizza Hut...

This is one of the worst pizza huts I've ever been to. I've been about 5 or 6 times since they are the closest pizza place to me, but after tonight I don't think I'll ever come their again. Tonight, I call in to make a carry out order and after the phone ringing for awhile a girl picks up and immediately says can u please hold for a minute. Well I started to get a little impatient when I've now been on hold for 13 minutes. And I swear it was the same exact situation over a month ago. So at 17 minutes I'm still on hold, I thought maybe they forgot I was on the line. So I hung up and called right back. Again, the girl says can you hold for a minute. I then tell her I was just holding for 20 minutes, she apologized and puts me in hold. Here we go again, 11 minutes on hold, I said the hell with this place and hung up. Also the time before that after I finally ordered in the store, my pizza n wings, I get home and my wings are hot wings, I ordered mild wings. I call and the lady answers an says please hold. On hold for 5 minutes and I hung up. I wasn't driving 25 minutes back up their. And another thing I'll add in, I asked for some ranch to go with my wings. She then rings me up and charges me for the damn sauce. Like are u joking I said. She said no sir, we charge for the sauces. I said I ordered wings, not just pizza? I can understand if it were just pizza or sumthn. I said forget it, I'm not paying .60 cents for a tad bit of ranch, that should be given to me for free with my 38.00 order. Customer service is terrible, they Obviously need new management and employees. I highly recommend avoiding...

I called 4 different times tonight trying to order a take-out pizza order. Each time I was quickly and rudely placed on hold or aside. The 1st two times (2 separate females) spoke really fast and just sat the phone down and forgot about me. I could hear them talking and even humming a song. I started to yell "Hello-Hello" in the phone and it was simply hung up both times. The 3rd time I called she spoke real fast again and placed me on hold, never to come back to the call. I called Brooklyn Pizzeria and placed my order and drove by Pizza Hut to see if maybe they were over crowded or something; they weren't. I called Pizza Hut once more as I circled back around to Brooklyn Pizzeria and a guy answered and real quickly placed me on hold again. I waited, as my other pizza wasnt ready yet. When the lady finally picked up, I asked to speak to THE manager and I was informed that she was one of the managers. I asked for THE manager again but to no avail. I explained what I had gone through and was told that they only have 2 people answering the phone. I told her that was funny because of the 4 times I called 3 different people answered and kept placing me on hold. Well, my Brooklyn Pizzeria with so much better customer service (not sure how the pizza tastes yet though) is ready. Pizza Hut, please fix that phone customer service.
