Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fayetteville

OK Panera on Ramsey, you guys need to get it TOGETHER!! I’ve ordered 3x in the past 10 days and every single time my order was wrong. The first time I went they only had cinnamon and blueberry bagels. I ordered toasted bacon egg and cheese on blueberry bagel. I got a someone else’s order apparently and didn’t know until 30 minutes into my drive. Second time was a few days ago. I ordered the same thing but on an everything bagel. I got a sesame bagel once again not toasted. This morning on my way out I ordered just an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and asked for it to be spread since I was driving. I had a feeling it was not on my bagel, pulled into a spot and spread the cream cheese myself. Common sense if you're in drive thru your customer needs it on the bagel. The bagel was not good at all. Cashier Madison just handed food out and said nothing. This place is too expensive to be consistently getting my orders wrong, waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes and...

Slowly but surely this Panera and so many others are going downhill. Orders incomplete, portions smaller, sandwiches thrown together, sides not with the meal but it's on the ticket and was ordered with a side, etc. I've tried to overlook it and think "well, people forget, it happens". But it's consistent. I guess if you can't provide good service all the time, consistent subpar will have to do and be acceptable. Not sure if it's Panera policy or that good help is hard to find these days. Yes, it's the little details that truly matter. I'm not one to leave bad reviews normally. I would rather praise but spoken words with managers fall on deaf ears! Don’t bother bringing the issue to the manager, they only argue with you. Check your order and make sure you get your money back if the order is short or items are not available. I was charged for a full order but only received half, was assured I would have the difference refunded to my account....

I pulled into the drivethru on March 27, 2025 at 10:48am and looked at the board to make sure I could still order breakfast, the board says breakfast is served until 11am. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a large vanilla iced coffee. I was not told at that point that I could not order breakfast I was given a total and told to pull up at window, when I got to the window the girl told me I could not order the sandwich, to which I told her it was not 11am yet, she said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 and did NOT ask if I wanted a different sandwich. I told her to forget the order she asked if I still wanted the coffee and I told her no. I would occasionally go to Panera Bread for something different.
