Me and my friends went through the Drive Thru around 7:20pm today. When we got the the window the lady was very rude. She did not speak. At all. She handed us our food and turned away and closed the window without handing us our drinks. We sat and waited for her to come back. She opened the window and gestured like “what do you want” without speaking. We said “can we have our drinks and some mild and diablo sauce.” She handed us the drinks and then we asked again for the sauces. She, still without speaking, gave us Diablo. We asked “can we have mild too?” Again. She then rudely replied “We are out!” She could have said “I’m sorry we are out of mild sauce right now” the FIRST time we asked. I have NEVER gotten such HORRIBLE customer service ANYWHERE before in my life. She was BLATENLY rude! After we left we noticed that some of our food was also incorrect. I called up to the store to talk to a manager. The manager was also clearly being rude suggesting I follow the receipt instructions to fill out the survey. I have NEVER been so angry with a store in my life. I want to know, that this store is going to be run better in the future with better employees that understand the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been to mulitple Taco Bells in the area, and most of them are extremely friendly and accomidating, so I know that this Taco Bell does not set the standard for Taco Bell as a company, but with that being said, it does not make up for the way me and my friends were...

I order on the app, as soon as my order is submitted, I say "I'm here now" to start making the order, when actually I'm still 15 minutes away. And not ONCE has my order ever been ready. When I arrived today for the next 10 minutes not one single employee acknowledged anyone at the counter. One man waited about 5 minutes for his order after I walked in (who knows how long his total wait was), one woman walked out, and two elderly women needed help at the order kiosk. I believe the staff thought you eat an enchirito with your hands, there weren't any plastic wear in the bag, no napkins, the four fire sauce as indicated on the order were missing, and I had to ask for my drink cup. Then the employee quarried, "what size"? Shouldn't you know what size drink? There were no forks at the condiment station and the dining room was filthy. All this after being open just three hours. Today I'm assuming he was a manager no name tag but a light blue shirt he made me feel right at ease..HE immediately took care of the MATTER on the spot even though I had to go in there 3 different times and that was because my order was wrong taco salad was made wrong my 5dollar box made wrong and my slushy drinks was melting and wasn't full after the 3rd time I was done..this particular taco bell need to train their drive thru cashiers...maybe they are under pressure but it's not like that dinning in.
