Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Their pick-up prep line needs at least two people to work it with the volume of pick-up orders that they usually get. Then they'll have three to four people working the regular prep line, so it's almost pointless to place a pick-up order, because you're going to wait on average 20-30 minutes after your pick-up time.

I placed a pickup order and proceeded to run the rest of my errands and then drove to Chipotle about 30 minutes later. I get there and I'm the only one standing in the pick-up order line, so I thought it was odd. I wait to ask the staff if anyone is working the pick-up order section and he says yes, but it'll be a minute. Again, there were four guys all working the regular prep line.

About 20+ minutes go by, so I proceed to go stand in the regular line. When I get to the first guy who asks what I'm having and I explain that I've been waiting to pick-up my order and at the very bottom of the screen it said Skibo, which was odd, because all of my orders are always for this location only. I've never placed any orders for that location.

The guy said that sometimes when they turn off their pick-up/mobile orders it does that. For me, the customer it was frustrating, because I was starving as I hadn't eaten all day. By the time I had gotten there, it was already supposed to be after the pick-up time. It needs to be clear if this location cannot do pick-up orders, they need to make it clear to the customer, so we are not inconvenienced and we can just plan to come in to place a to-go order.

I see they're still having tons of issues with this location. Skibo is better, but further, especially when you're closer to Ramsey. They need to do better and staff the to-go prep...

I must add Geneka to this elite group of individuals! This is the best Chipotle Ever! I don't go to any other chipotle's. There are 3 employees I want to acknowledge for their excellent work ethic! Allyson is Amazing! She always has something positive to say. Always pleasant and professional. I tell her all of my business when I come lol. Allyson, Jacinta, and Margueax, have really given me Flawless Customer Service! They always remember my order, and a take Great care of me! I'm a law enforcement officer and I get a lot of negative energy because of my uniform, but when I come here, it feels like Family! "THEY KNOW HOW TO KEEP YOU COMING BACK 💪🏾❤️💯. I hope these three are in management because they run this location pretty well! I've never eaten chipotle so much until I came to Fayetteville and met these three employees! It's not just the food, it's the EXPERIENCE 😁

I'd like to add someone else that has Really Great Customer Service everytime I walk in the door. I have enjoyed her customer service, she cooks the most tender steak at Chipotle, and even when she's cooking, she finds a way to speak to myself and other customers. I've seen her work just about every station in this Chipotle and she does it well. She's very knowledgeable about the chipotle business and works very hard. Her name is Shaquetta Tollives. I think she's a manager and I can truly see why. Chipotle keep hiring people the like these! I thought Chic Fil A had the best customer service, but these folks I mentioned are the Best for...

Edit .... They only respond to great reviews🤔 Came in 10/27 at about 8:45 P.m. and all was good till I got to a very disrespectful employee. Younge white girl with red hair and glasses. As I delt with her attitude with out saying anything I asked for guacamole. She said they didn't have any left. I saw that there was plenty on the other station they use for carry out. She said she can't give me any and had a stank face on her face. I told her that they never have a problem with giving a PAYING customer with something form that station. She said "Ya well No, Not any more" again with a stank attitude. I than told the cashier what was going on and the red head was all in my face like she was trying to intimate me. We exchanged words and the cashier and another younge women try to diffuse the situation as best they could. She continued to.turn around and run her mouth to somebody in the back like i didnt hear her. I asked for her name and they wouldn't give it to me. Which is fine because there is only one red head with classes there. The 2 younge women there where trying to diffuse it and I didn't wany to cause a problem because it was busy. The red head then continued to star me down and even stopped making a customers bowl just to star me down. At that point I had a few choice words for her which she deserved. Unless this trash is let go I'm all set. My family of 4 come at least 2x a week when at the soccer field along with other groups of parents. Nothing worse that having trashy and disrespectful ppl working in a place...
