Outstanding Sushi and Hibachi Experience at Sakura Fayetteville

I recently visited Sakura in Fayetteville, AR, and it was an incredible dining experience! We started with the Spicy Garlic Edamame, which was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and garlic flavor, absolutely addictive.

For sushi, the Flaming Roll and The Ark Roll were standouts. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, each bite was a delight. The rolls had a great balance of textures and flavors, making it clear that the chefs take pride in their craft.

We also tried the Hibachi Steak, which was cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The hibachi experience was fun and engaging, with skilled chefs putting on a great show while preparing your meal right at the table.

A big shout-out to Freddie, one of the partners who is from Indonesia. He was funny, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we told him we were from Texas, he exclaimed, “YeeeHaww!” it was hilarious and made the visit even more memorable.

Amazing! By far the best poke in town. We have been struggling to find a poke spot in Fayetteville and when we heard about Sekura and saw the menu, we knew we had to try it. We actually had it twice in one week because of the quality and taste and after the first visit, we were craving it again. The Sakura bowl is perfection. You can ask for items to be removed if needed. We also have tried 4 of the rolls and all of them have been large portions and delicious.

The host was so kind. She greeted us immediately, I heard her helping other customers and answering their questions and she even spoke with us after our meal telling us more about the location and how they operate.

I’ve gotten their sushi, a poke bowl, and their egg rolls and the food has all been good. I will say their poke bowl seems lacking to me for the cost and I’d rather go to ohana on mlk if I’m gonna spend 22$, everything to add in costs extra where other places it just comes with it. Also my Avacado was brown and not fresh. The atmosphere inside is cute, but I really didn’t like the lack of customer service. You place your to-go order on a screen and then sit and wait, you never see any staff until they bring your order out to you.
