Waited 25 minutes for 8 street tacos with NO ONIONS... Get home and every single taco has onions... I didn't think to check the contents bc I was the only order they had at the time...

I tipped on my Togo order and it seems to always be that if I leave a tip for a Togo order, my order is always wrong... Smh.. my boss orders for me a lot and almost every other week they put onions on my tacos and I end up with no lunch and give them away... So if you have an hour lunch break, I do not recommend bc you will be here for the full hour!!

So here I am wasting another 25 minutes on the correct order..

Almost an hour for 8 tacos is Ridiculous.. not to mention wasted gas getting there and back, twice! They have no active phone so I couldn't call to place the order or let them know my order was wrong so I had to wait at the location for the hour... If you order online everything is double the price plus a fee...

No one pays attention to detail at their jobs anymore.. they rush and do what they want.. it's truly sad that this happens everywhere and on a consistent basis.. no wonder most businesses...

The tacos and enchiladas are good. Fish tacos not good. On taco tuesday i asked for chicken and beef tacos. They charged taco Tuesday prices for the beef. But charged full price for the chicken. When I asked they said I only said chicken...that i had to ask for shredded chicken to get taco Tuesday prices. I asked what chicken i got...they said grilled chicken. I didn't say grilled chicken. They didnt ask me what chicken. They won't refund or apologize. I said beef and chicken tacos. Watch what they charge you. They charge different prices depending who is at the register. On enchilada Wednesday they over charged...and the lady said I HAD TO REMIND HER IT WAS ENCHILADA WEDNESDAY! Really? I have to remind your business on your specials?

I try to support local business...but they've screwed me over 10+ times.

They need to be consistent with their prices and work on customer service.

I visited here for the first time today and I got a steak torta and some flan. The service was quick and polite. The inside has been redecorated with a cool mural in the back of the restaurant. The food was ready to go in about 5 minutes! The torta was thick and hot, which was perfect for this cold day and I liked that the bread was soft and not greasy (some tortas at other restaurants have had greasy bread in the past). There were pickled jalapenos on the sandwich, which weren't too spicy and gave the sandwich a nice flavor. I used the Verde sauce that they packed in my to-go container to put on the sandwich and it was fresh-tasting and delicious! The flan was a big slice, also very smooth and creamy and the caramel liquid at the bottom of the container was rich ☺️ I've been meaning to try this place out for a while and I'm glad I finally got...
