The best catfish I’ve ever had hands down and I’ve ate alot of catfish. It was crispy, well seasoned and when paired with the hot sauce the flavors explode in your mouth 9.5. The hush puppies were crispy bust soft also very well seasoned cooked to perfection 8.9.This man has his oil temps down to a T. Been hearing about this place on social media and was excited to try it out. Drove across town, wasted gas to find out they're one those places that doesn't stay open during their posted hours. Showed up on Saturday before their closing hour and there was a large flag banner out front that said they were open. Then when I got to the window it was closed. In this day 'n age it's extremely annoying to waste expensive gas to cross town to find out a place doesn't stick to their posted hours. In the future I really won't waste the time or gas to find out if they just randomly decided to close early. It's a shame, but not...
