Starbucks — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I went in at 945pm(15 minutes before close) on April 7th and ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino. Instead, the baristas(irritated I was even there 15minutes before close) made me a créme Frappuccino while whispering that I was so rude for even coming in at that time and they weren’t going to make more coffee because they had already poured it all out and I probably wouldn’t even notice there was no coffee in it(I did and I heard you). I paid 6$ for a creme frapp when I needed coffee! I understand time is money but I came in before close and paid for a drink I did not order while the baristas mocked me. My time and money is valuable too!! Not that it was there bussiness but I had come in that late because it was the only Starbucks open at the time after I had just left hospice care for my grandpa, I also work full time, am a full time student at the UofA and I am a mother. My time and money is valuable too:). I always mobile order here to beat the wait and make it to class on time. Today was no different, however when I sat down in my 8 AM class and took my first sip I realized they’d made my drink wrong. How hard is it to write down an almond milk abbreviation in the little milk box on the cup???!!! I am lactose intolerant and always have to watch them make my smoothies and coffee just in case they give me regular milk, which they did! I specifically asked for almond milk and the cashier didn’t write it on the cup causing the baristas to mess it up completely. They redid my order for me with the right milk but it left me very angry. Also, does it not matter who’s order was placed first??
