Marlon came into the shop I work at for a cut in Denver, CO while visiting. He said he was in town for the weekend and owns a barbershop in Fayetteville. I immediately freaked and got super excited to have a client in my chair who I could selfishly drill for education, tips and tricks, pros and cons of different tools across the categories. His passion and excitement to encourage and help others excel to knock out the clean crispy fades/cuts on all hair textures sparked my passion again. I have such a high drive to always do better and be better, and I feel like the info he hit me with was incredibly helpful. He was great to work with, and I even had him swing by on my lunch the next day to play with my undercut and gave him free reign. He also brought his tools for me to play with and feel/see the differences across tools and how to select the right tool for the job. Talking with my manager about a little miscommunication and seeing his level of execution be above and beyond, we really hope to see him in Denver again soon! His passion for education and his career makes me believe he would do absolutely wonderfully as a traveling barber educator.

Have been in Arkansas coming up on four years. I have taken my boy's and self to barber's in Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayettville. Never, fully satisfied at any. Today, November 21, 2020 we went to Cut Closed barber shop, after calling and told to come in at 09:30. We get there and I said good morning to the barber, and he just glared at me. I was able to get the ungrateful dude to engage in a conversation, which consisted of being told, "you won't find anybody to cut your hair today." This was after sitting waiting for him for an hour. I made one call to Signature Fadez, and they were outstanding on the phone, and said come on down, " We will take care of you right now." And they did. The environment is clean, friendly, organized, and most importantly the service is above Top Notch. My boy's and I were completely satisfied. We are continued customers. Attitude brings the dough.

I walked in without an appointment and was promptly taken to Brook’s chair. He gave me an excellent fade and beard trim. He took great care to get me what I wanted and was easy to work with; he even added a detail that I did not know I needed. I left with the impression that Brook takes great pride in his craft.

The shop is in an awesome location with a bright, well appointed interior. It was a relaxing space to get cleaned up.
