Tonight ( Friday 3/10/2023)I Pulled Up To This Ownen Drive. Wendy's Around About 11pm To Get My Usual Chili and A Burger. And Like Always They Always Say Their System Is Down. The Manager Is Very Rude and Has A Nasty Attitude. She Stated It Would Be About 15min For The System To Come Back Up!! I Told Her I Would Wait. She Stated I Need To Pull Up because Of Her Timer. I Told Her That I Would Continue To Wait. I Have Nothing To Do With Her Timer. I Just want To know Why This Wendy's AlwaysHave Trouble With Their System and No Other Wendy's Does. What Happen To SPARC( Smiling People Attract Regular Customers). This Manager Is Definitely The Bottom Of The Barrel In Customer Service. She immediately Told Me She Will NotServeMe Because I Would Not Pull Up Off The Timer. I Want Her Corporate Office To Know, She Is Not Doing Her Job. After Having About10 Cars or More Drive off she refuse To Take My order and I Am Disabled and Have A Handicap Plate. I also Had My 18 Year old Autistic Son With Me Who wanted the junior bacon. She Said We could Sit Their All Night She Did not care. I Waited A hour just to see what kind of heart and Customer Service skills she had. She Took Other Folks orders but refused Me and My Son Order. After An hour I called The police For documentation Purpose Of her Refusing To serve us!! Officer Buttner and Officer McDonald Responded. I Want To Let This Corporate Office Know The Bad Service Being Given At This Owen Drive Wendy's. I Lost My 22 Year old daughter to Murder October 2021. I have Other Things To Worry About!! I Was Nice To her. Didn't Say anything To her other Than I WILL Wait!! After An Hour Wait. I DROVE TO GROVE ST WENDY'S WAS GREETED PROFESSIONALLY AND GOT MY TWO BIGGIE BAG JUNIOR BACONS!PLEASE GET PROFESSIONAL WELL TRAINED MANAGERS AT THIS OWEN DRIVE STORE AT NIGHT!@ DAY TIME IS GOOD!! Read moreLast night was the most upsetting experience I've ever encountered at any restaurant in my entire life. My husband and I stopped to grab a quick bite to eat. We ordered a fish sandwich, a drink and a fish sandwich combo. The price for rhe combo was clearly displayed ($7.59). Our ticket showed that we paid $3 more. When we tried to tell the guy (who had no name tag on) that we were overcharged, he immediately became irate and accused us of being "those black people" who could not stick together. I'm not sure how that had any relevance. He told us that he was charging the price on his screen and that he didn't have anything to do with what the customer screen displayed. My husband let him know that we could only go by the screen on display for customers. It's what prompted us to get the items we ordered. We let him know that it was false advertising. We asked for a refund, he refused and said he couldn't give refunds and that we would have to order something else. We insisted on a refund and he threatened to call the police. He also told us that $3, was nothing to argue over and that if we couldn't afford to eat there that we shouldn't be at Wendy's. He also stated that when he eats out, he makes sure that he can afford it. I'm not even sure if he knew how to properly operate the register because when he finally decided to give us a refund, he fumbled a bit and kept asking, "YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK, RIGH! To which my husband responded, "Yes, what's taking you so long?" He also made it clear that he wanted to give us our refund, get us out of there, so he could sell those sandwiches to someone else. Needless to say, we were in complete disbelief and plan never to visit Wendy's at 3000 Owen's Dr. in Fayetteville, NC. It is our hope that Corporate Office will properly handle this unfortunate situation. We are currently waiting for a call from them. Read moreSo I waited in drive thru for 10-15 mins for the lady in from of me to order but apparently she was waiting because they told her to hold a min, as the cars piled up behind me there was about 8 cars waiting now. Finally I pull up and wait again about 5 mins to order a Dave's single nothing else, then I pull up to window waited again finally paid for my burger and I pulled up to check and of course no cheese. As I ran inside every car before and after me started to follow me. When I got to the counter I told them I didn't get any cheese, as the female notifies the cook she said OMG because there is no cheese. So all these people waited just to get burgers with no cheese and was coming back to get fixed. On top of that a few cars just left while we were waiting and people inside left as well. Luckily an older gentleman pointed and said the cheese is over there on the table in the dining area. As everyone looked, the manger was just talking away to other people that were out there with the 2 blocks of cheese chilling in the table. The drive thru female ran over there to let her know, the manager pointed to take it and then returned to her conversation. No my bad or anything. Well after that we all got our food remade. Who ever owns this restaurant needs to reevaluate the manager. The money they lost in the cars & people that left as well as what they had to remake is crazy. While the whole time the poor staff was getting beat up verbally because of the managers poor work ethic. This is the new with ethic people.
