Wendy's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I've never been to this establishment but I ordered food from here last night through door dash as a little late night treat after work for my roommates and I. We had mainly decided on Wendy's because a chocolate frosty sounded delightful to us at the time and some nuggets could be nice too.

Now, while my food wasn't terrible in taste, it would have been nice if it had arrived even a little bit hot. It also would have been nice if any of the food had been packaged with any amount of care whatsoever. So not only did my food arrive cold, but it also looked as though it had been quite literally thrown into the bag like they were practicing their basketball throws with my food and this paper bag. I ordered two 5 piece nuggets, a medium fry, and a chicken sandwich. Both chicken nuggets and the fries were in a messy pile at the bottom of the bag, their holders upside-down with the chicken sandwich thrown on top. While the nuggets and fries were no longer hot, they still didn't taste bad and looked appetizing after we dumped the bags contents onto a paper plate and fished the nuggets out of the fry pile. The chicken sandwich however was absolutely soaking in mayonnaise. I like a little bit of mayonnaise on my chicken sandwich as much as the next person but when it drips onto my fingers after one bite into the sandwich? Maybe that's a little too much.

At the very least, we could enjoy the glorious chocolate frosties. They were frozen, designed to be cold and couldn't have been ruined by the drive from the Wendy's to my house, except save for some light melting - but that wouldn't have really ruined the overall enjoyment of the desert. We still had the one thing we wanted above all else when we placed the order, right? They...

Previously had a 5 star review here but much like taco bell they can't seem to get our order right. I ordered a salad with no chicken, and they still put chicken in my salad even when it said on the receipt "no chicken". This is not only disrespectful in terms of my order not being met, but also disturbing as I am vegetarian and trusted them not to put meat in my food. They also left my little brother's drink off of his meal combo.

10/15/2023: Update - we ordered a cookie and a salad. They took a cookie bag and put salad stuff in it and left out our cookie, but still charged us. We didn't notice the cookie bag had no cookie in it til...

Visited the location in Fayetteville, AR on MLK yesterday (29June20) between 1900-2000. Worse experience we’ve had at a Wendy’s location. The rude obnoxious immature and unprofessional black and white gentlemen and female that were there need to be written up and terminated! Took everything not to say anything to the black gentlemen the way he spoke to my wife while we ordered at the drive-thru...we didn’t get a receipt as well. Tried calling to speak with a manager soon after we left and no answer - we were the only car there so not sure why they didn’t answer the phone.
