We ate at this location for lunch today and I was very disappointed. The food was hot and delicious as usual but it was super slow because of a new cook or something. I had ordered three meals, two of them we were eating there and the third was to go & I specified that they could put them all in the to go box's if that would make it easier but I guess i was wrong. We waited for 15 minutes and my BF went up there to see what was going on & since he was on his lunch break, he was ticked. They told him they were waiting for pasta for our third order which was to go. So I walk back up there to tell her that was fine but could we get our other two meals to eat since that was the plan in the first place, she agree & said they'd bring it out to us. Well we sat waiting (for our ALREADY done meals) for 12 more min. & nothing. So I walked back up to see what the problem was and again told her what we wanted to do. See we're waiting on pasta, right? okay. Another 8 min.I go back up get our food minus the pasta (that was cooking) and we ate & they brought extra fries out. I went up again to find out about the pasta and apparently they were out of the ingredients to make it so I just asked for a cookie for my son. Also we paid (which is eff'd up all by itself) for 2 extra Z Sauce and only got 1 and now they charge $2.00 more on almost all the meals along with the fact that the Z sauce comes in tiny little souffle cups instead of sealed packs! I feel like they have really cheaped out on us (loyal customers) & I don't think we'll be having Zaxby's again for a good long while and I am not going back to this one. Almost everyone I've spoken with feels the same way. They USED to be such a fantastic place to go eat with family & friends but that's just not so anymore. It's such a shame & now I understand why everytime I drive by there the parking lot is empty. Go figure, huh?. & I really hate to give a bad review to anyone so that makes me mad too that I have to say not very nice things...
Read moreI ordered a meal and an extra Sprite, I drove off and noticed that the extra Sprite that I ordered was actually a water. I pulled up to the drive through window and was met by a girl named London, she had an attitude when I told her that I had gotten a water instead of a sprite. She gave me another Sprite, I told her to wait while I put my straw in to taste it so I could make sure that the Sprite had run out, it tasted weird so I told her to just give me a Diet Coke. London proceeded to pour herself a small cup of Sprite and have her and a girl named Syanna try one as well. London came back to the window and tells me that “we tasted the Sprite, it tastes fine but if you want the Diet Coke then you can have it…” with an attitude. I proceed to tell her that her and I have different tastes buds and while it tastes fine for you, it doesn’t to me and that’s why I asked for a Diet Coke, then asked for her manager, which was named Olivia. Olivia apologized, but didn’t seem sympathetic at all. I asked for her card, she said that she didn’t have one. I asked for corporate’s number and she said there was only a survey available to take. I hope anyone coming here around 9:00 understands that they will be met with disgruntled workers with attitude problems. I will be calling corporate, and I will also be doing this survey and letting them know if my experience. As someone who worked for Marriott for several years, I know great service and this was NOT it. Read moreThis place gets one star just because I have to leave a star to review. My wife and I walked into the store at 1:30 pm today, well after the lunch rush. There were no other people in line. We were at the counter for approximately 10 minutes. Multiple“employees” looked at us but not one said a single damn word to us to say it would be a few minutes or any sort of acknowledgement. If you’re busy that’s fine but say something to those paying customers that are waiting. But, you were not busy as stated before there was no one else in line and only one car in the drive thru when we went inside. Maybe you should teach people who are “working” with people to have communication skills. I can tell you that we will NEVER come back to this Zaxbys. I will go out of my way to not go there. I am a person of principles. I already no longer frequent another fast food chain for them broadcasting their political beliefs, so I have no issue in no longer frequenting this POS customer service fast...
