Nov 2020 Went for my boss as I refuse to eat here yet he was hungry... Drive thru guy had no idea what to do. Gives me food bag after just standing there staring at the screen but doesn't take the money, also had to ask twice for the drink. Throughout, the gentleman just kept looking at me like why I was still there as I still had to pay and still needed the drink. Final time ever going to this location, even for somebody else. *
Drive thru is the slowest... going inside isn't any better if you had something wrong with your order when able to. They say they close at a certain time and it's way earlier when they decide to close. I get you want out of work early BUT you're supplying food for people that may be getting off work after a long day with no breaks, should still help them out. Also, please be fresh and correct. That's why I end up going inside with incorrect food when I was able to. Not sure if it's management or the workers. Should be checked up on. I prefer most of their food compared to others, but I can even get a S**burger and sides faster. I'd rather get a BK for the value. I'll probably go to another on the way home after 3 in a row mishaps. TY. Please go back to how you were a few years ago.
**5/9/2020 - it was 9:20pm and could get not get thru drive thru. No signs just a cone. At least let customers know because some people wanna go there. Now, I wonder if I could ever go again. Disappointed. Should let people know right away what's doing going. Probably never going there again. Too many issues and not worth the time. At least adjust your hours on the sign. Be fair. People would like your establishment better. Now I hear many don't. Please fix.
*OCT 2020- Corporate will be called as you don't answer. Your Door Dash Menu is not up to date for approximately 2 months, therefore you lose that business for burgers (which is supposed to be your staple), on top of the wait time. Please advise to alter your menu accordingly to your products. I'm trying to keep business for you compared to the competitive places near you which are very close. Read moreWent through the drive thru today about 12:15. Had to wait to place order, waited in line . Finally got the order was checking bags as I drove away, of course a fry was missing . Now two options go inside where there is like four cars in the parking lot or the the drive thru line that is not moving . I decide to go inside . No one in line and three tables occupied. Maybe , a manager not real sure since there was no name tag . After the employee figured out there really was a fry missing , she tried to give me a new one but there was no fries , so she went in the back no urgency. The manager, or whomever this person was did not even deliver the fries herself. The other fries that we got were burned and had hash brown pieces in them. I would expect this at 10:30am not at 12:15. I can see why there is no lunch at noon on a Sunday . The customer service is none existent. The lack of leadership is apparent. There needs to be some re education on customer service, starting with top, if you can even call that management. I do not even know how their doors are still open with all the competition in the area. I know fast food is not a glorious career, but educating your staff on how to read a ticket/screen should be a priority.
I went to this location because I was closer to this one then the one by my house. BIG MISTAKE. you'd think I'd learn after one of my previous experiences where the woman at the drive through didn't even greet me all she said was "go ahead and order" and then some. But that's not why I'm here today. I pulled up to the drive through was greeted and told to wait one moment. Fine. Once someone started taking my order I kept getting cut off because they couldn't wait for me to be done with my order and sighing when I asked to remove something from my order AND getting mad at me because of their incompetence, getting a part of the order wrong and not paying attention to what I say. After the first meal I ordered they gave me my total. I told them I wasn't done. Ordered the next meal and they gave me my total AGAIN! I said I'm not done once more and you could hear 2 people trying to take my order and someone laughing in the background. I got fed up and said forget I'm done. I pulled up to the window furious at the DISRESPECT I received. The person that came to the window I asked if they were the manager and he said yes. I asked him his name he gave me a nickname (Dj) when I saw his name tag said DWYANE and asked the name of the other worker because I'm not stopping at this review and he told me,"you can come inside if you want his name." I told him the fact of the matter is you have people taking orders who clearly hate their job, sighing when you tell them to add or take away something from their order and DWAYNE TRIED to argue with me. I told him he needs to get his employees in order because laughing when they mess up and the customer is fed up is NOT okay!!! I WILL NEVER... NEVER!!!!!... come to this location again.
