Rudest, most unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. I have celiac disease which means my medication HAS to be gluten-free. This staff first REFUSED to call the manufacturers of an antibiotic I was prescribed. I had to ask them to write the manufacturers name and phone number down for me so I could call them myself....and even that seemed to be annoying to them. I left the line to make the call so they can continue to help others. I found out the manufacturer was gluten-free so I went back to the long line. Sidenote: they are slower than molasses here. Told them yes to go ahead and use the prescription. Apparently the prescribing doctor had wrote "name brand only" on the prescription (most name brands are gluten-free that's why he put that) and the pharmacy REFUSED to fill the prescription with what they carry. They told me the doctor would need to resend the prescription without that wording on it. They then said "we would normally call the doctor for you but we are too busy so we wont". I gave up. It's OBVIOUS that a prescription for an antibiotic means I have some type of infection....maybe it's just me who thinks that maybe the medication might be important because they did not care at all! Read moreI was grocery shopping on Monday and stopped by the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. I talked to a gentleman working the counter. He told me my prescription would be ready after 4:00PM. I said fine. I returned the next day to pick it up. And guess what, they didn't have it! I told Kristina that the gentleman told me it was ready. She then accused me of lying. So un professionals. I told her I drove 40 minutes from Boulder, because the gentleman told me it was ready for pickup. She then Kristina then said to me, so what I drive an hour to work everyday. I can't believe Kristina had the nerve to say that! She is soon rude. I really wish they would let her go. No customer should be treated this way! I will still go there, but I will never allow Kristina to wait on me. This woman is as strange as they come! Jon the manager is cool and friendly. Read moreI usually don’t take the time to post reviews, but in this instance I feel like I must. This pharmacy is either grossly understaffed or could simply care less how long their customers are stuck waiting in line! Every time I pick up a script, there are at least 6-12 people waiting in their line and that’s just out of control! I understand that busyness can be an issue. Especially in a pandemic. Though having that many people waiting in line is still a poor reflection on the pharmacy itself and it would be one thing if this wasn’t a constant problem, but it is. Also, there are particular pharmacy employees who are ALWAYS extremely rude, bordering on mean. As though they enjoy the fact folks cannot go without their prescriptions, so they’re set on being as condescending as possible to ensure that ones experience with this pharmacy is as unpleasant...
