Phở 9 II — Restaurant in Federal Heights

Zero stars if I could give zero. Went into pick up my order and the one guy in the whole place (completely empty dining room) was super rude and didn't greet me or smile. I said I was picking up my order and he sold 10 more minutes very rudely. Although the pick up time was right then. I just walked out and said not gonna stand for this treatment when I'm trying to give your company business. I left and will not be back. I don't recommend this place. They seem racist and have a sign on the door that says they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Don't go here. This location has a bunch of homeless ppl hanging around and sleeping in the trees next to the entrance. Not safe here. Heard ppl yelling and cussing and screaming/fighting. This place all together is not good. They don't respect their delivery partners drivers doing them a favor. Don't go here. There's another place in the same shopping area that is much better.

Reply to mgmt: I'm doing your company a favor by delivering your food. So if you don't like the company you have have chosen to do deliveries then just get rid of it and hire your own delivery drivers that are from your own country. Your staff and family working here are extremely rude. You as a manager/owner are very disrespectful to pplwho are doing you a favor to even waste our time and gas to come to your restaurant to pick up an order. Not my fault the delivery said pick up time was right then. Then you make me late for delivery and I get deducted for it. No thanks. Would rate zero stars. To start, when we arrived the host/waiter was outside smoking a cigarette and just followed us in to ask our drink orders, came back with water first without washing his hands (I ordered a Coke btw). Afterwards he disappeared for about 5 mins before coming back to ask our orders, and still no Coke. Just so you know, there is only one other table seated in here and no one picked up food to go. So I remind him about my Coke before we order food. After he submits our orders he sits down at a table with the other waiter, and starts talking really loud and having a great time. I eventually stop staring into his soul and enjoy the conversation at my table. So this guy who still smells like cigarettes brings us our food, he doesn't acknowledge us at all while he drops our food off and runs back to his waiter friend. A little later they look confused then a miracle happens. They make the Coke (because it takes two people to push a button), and they give it to the wrong table who tell them they never ordered a Coke. You would think after multiple times of telling him I want a Coke he would at least remember it was for the only other table in there. The dumbest thing though is after the other table deny the Coke the waiter sits down with the Coke and drinks it! I give up at that point and eat. The vegetarian pho is garbage so you know. Pho 88 is the first place I've ever tried Vietnamese food at. It has always been a go to, and tradition when meeting family or friends. Unfortunately, I think the old owner sold, and the menu has changed a bit. There are a few benefits, and a few disappointments with the change.

1. The Thai tea isn't as flavorful (although bigger in size!)
2. They no longer serve Young Coconut Juice! I was really disappointed to hear this, because it was already very hard to come by!
3. The eggroll Noodle Bowl no longer has all the delicious fixings! They used to add cucumber, carrot, lettuce, bean sprouts, cilantro & chopped peanut and now they only have lettuce and bean sprouts. It completely takes the fresh flavor away!
4. There is a new addition -Curry- with potatoes in a soup! It's the BEST thing ever! It has a similar flavor to an Indian dish I love, and it's almost like bringing the two amazing cultures together in one flavorful/ delicious bowl! This is by far the best part of the change
