Read moreFirst time in. The tall guy with glasses and dark hair running the food line was very rude and stingy with the food. I asked for fried rice and a couple other things and he took more time shaking the food off the spoon then he did anything else. I wanted a couple crab cheese ragoons and you could tell they were dried up and stale so I politely asked for fresh ones and that's when things took a turn. He didn't didnt say anything, just motioned a hand signal for more and looked irritated. I waited 7 minutes for fresh ragoons. I went to take a seat and eat then I realized I needed soy sauce. I went back up to the register and he walked away from me to help another customer. That when the other customer said "I think she needed some help." he then helped me and gave me 1 soy sauce packet. They messed up our order. Anastasia was AWESOME when I called in. Told me to come back and they'd fix it. I had to drive 30 mins across town to go back and when I got there, Steph informed me that two red boxes where in my bag. I told her that I understood that they should be but they werent. She proceeded to tell me they were. I asked her why I would drive all the way back being inconvenienced if they were in the bag. I asked her what happened to caring for your customers and then mentioned I could bring her my bag to show her they weren't in there. She proceeded to turn her back on me and ignore me.
She might be a little over her head as a manager or having a really bad day.
Based on the care I received, I will find another place to dine next time.
