Panda Express — Restaurant in Federal Heights

I went to panda and I order on the drive true 4 plates 3 minutes later the lady on the window told me to moving forward because i holding the line and someone is going to bring the food to my truck I was waiting about 10 minutes then I walk in and I see 3 plates already served then i look on the teriyaki place and that was empty I think ok I’ll be waiting about 15 minutes maybe is ready about 10 minutes after I ask the girl excúseme those 3 plates is from my order right and she say yes we just waiting for the teriyaki chicken and I told her why you don’t tell me when I order is going to be about 15 to 20 minutes wait for the teriyaki so that way is my decision if I want to wait now those other three plates is Ben there for about 15 minutes by the time the teriyaki is ready those plates is going to be cold you should wait to do all the plates on the same time or you should tell about the waiting time for the teriyaki you just say to pull forward because I was holding the line and you guys bring the food to the truck just give me orange chicken and she said sorry I can give you a drink or two egg rolls free for the inconvenient and I told her I just...

First time in. The tall guy with glasses and dark hair running the food line was very rude and stingy with the food. I asked for fried rice and a couple other things and he took more time shaking the food off the spoon then he did anything else. I wanted a couple crab cheese ragoons and you could tell they were dried up and stale so I politely asked for fresh ones and that's when things took a turn. He didn't didnt say anything, just motioned a hand signal for more and looked irritated. I waited 7 minutes for fresh ragoons. I went to take a seat and eat then I realized I needed soy sauce. I went back up to the register and he walked away from me to help another customer. That when the other customer said "I think she needed some help." he then helped me and gave me 1 soy sauce packet. I just want to make something clear....I don't complain, I don't write reviews and I'm a very laid back person. However, as somebody that works in the customer service industry I understand the value of having friendly and professional service as well as fresh food. Manager was rude and wanted to call me a liar.

They messed up our order. Anastasia was AWESOME when I called in. Told me to come back and they'd fix it. I had to drive 30 mins across town to go back and when I got there, Steph informed me that two red boxes where in my bag. I told her that I understood that they should be but they werent. She proceeded to tell me they were. I asked her why I would drive all the way back being inconvenienced if they were in the bag. I asked her what happened to caring for your customers and then mentioned I could bring her my bag to show her they weren't in there. She proceeded to turn her back on me and ignore me.

She might be a little over her head as a manager or having a really bad day.

Based on the care I received, I will find another place to dine next time.
