VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
As someone who frequents this Dutch Bros location, I was very frustrated and disheartened with the way the closing shift workers for late Saturday night handled this situation (12/10/22). We were able to reach the Dutch Bros parking line about 10 minutes (10:50 PM) before closing and were only behind 2 cars. Now keep in mind there was no cones or signs to indicate that they were taking no customers as they usually have at least one person come out and take peoples order. But as the cars in front of us took more time than usual by chatting with the workers for a good amount of time, we thought weād be able to order drinks as we were only 2 minutes after closing (got in line 10 minutes before so an accumulated time of 12 minutes waiting) due to waiting for the cars ahead of us taking an extremely long time. As soon as we got to the window the worker said āWeāre closed thatās the last carā, we were extremely in shock as this was such negative service we never encountered from a Dutch Bros employee before (even after arriving way later during close times, they would always take our orders to accommodate us). The least they couldāve done was apologize but that was never even the case or come outside and tell us while placing a cone out in the driveway as an indicator but what can I say as this was just how the situation came to be. But nevertheless, this Dutch Bros location is great and has many great employees that I know personally but this was just a VERY DISAPPOINTING encounter this night as I drove a very long distance just to reach this Dutch Bros in time just to be flat out rejected and not even offered a simple apology. I believe these workers should be held somewhat accountable for handling this situation poorly as I am more RELUCTANT to never even come to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a self-proclaimed Dutch Bros junkie. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to get that sweet sweet sugar rush. After being introduced to DBs a few years ago my life has never been the same. I have been to so many Dutch Bros and have never had a bad experience, this location being no exception. We moved to the area in the last few months and this has become part of my commute routine, sometimes even twice so my husband can have a treat on the afternoon. The one drawback to this location would be the parking lot. It shares an entrance with McDonalds and the exit to get back on 99 can get pretty congested if youāre there during peak hours for both (pro tip, thereās an exit to 16th thatās accessible through the back). The line can get really backed up and there has been at least on occasion that Iāve had to go somewhere else just so to the line. But the staff are always super aware of having someone out taking orders, which does make the line go quite quickly. As with all Dutch Bros locations, their full menu is only available online or via the app; which definitely can be annoying for people unfamiliar with how DB operates. But I had the opportunity to hear an interaction the other day between an employee and a walk up customer who had never been before. They were kind and patient, explaining what they were known for, what they recommend and giving a few options while also explaining the online/app-based menu. The staff here are always so awesome, love the enthusiasm they show whether itās at 7am or 5pm. And can we just have a moment to celebrate sticker drops? Those are the best days. All of this to say, Dutch Bros is my go-to coffee stand, love the location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis girl walks up to me talking so fast she must have had three giant four shot espressos asking what we want... Ok, there's NO menu whatsoever anywhere to be seen and looked over so also NO prices. They must just assume everyone that comes here has an unlimited amount of money to spend on coffee. So she has to tell us what coffees they have and somehow we need to remember them all while figuring out what we want while some girl is staring at us expectantly? Lovely. Then she tells me the pumpkin latte she told me they have is really a breve so they'll have to adjust the order because I want coconut milk... And there's no way to know how much these add ons or adjustments are costing me. They must have cost a lot because one large coffee and one medium coffee came out at over SIXTEEN DOLLARS. Plus for some reason we gave them a tip and I really wish we hadn't because my latte tasted like it came from a cheap pot of weak, watered down Folgers that was halfway burnt, add a touch of pumpkin flavor. šÆ% AWFUL I have been to Dutch PLENTY and this one was horrible. I expect good coffee from Dutch but don't expect it from this crew. Lazy and careless coffee makers. This is what happens when you think you're reputation carries you so far that you don't need to worry about quality anymore. The worst coffee I ever had. My son's wasn't great either. I honestly didn't even drink half of it. Nothing bothers me more than wasting money. WHO HAS MONEY TO WASTE??? I guess they...
