Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fenton

This place is a disorganized mess. I've been there an off-peak hours where it's not too much of a wait, but then I decided to try the online order for lunch. I placed the order before I even left my house. I drove up there which took 15 minutes. I walked in the door and there was a small line but nothing out of the ordinary. I stood there and waited 15 minutes and then I asked where my sandwich was, because by that point the line had turned over at least 1.5 times. "Sir it'll be just another minute" and was handed my soda. Another 15 minutes went by. During that time I saw easily another two dozen people walk in and walk out with sandwiches at the same time there were a handful of online orders where the bags just sat on the counter and each of the six or seven people behind the counter would periodically walk by look in the bag do nothing with it then go back to making sandwiches for the people that were standing in line. The entire crew behind the line were cycling through each station like lost blind mice. No one was doing any one thing so no one was actually tracking the completion of the orders. At 30 minutes on site or total 45 minutes since I placed the order I demanded my sandwich or a refund. One of the employees turned around grabbed a sandwich off the line, threw it in the bag and then threw the bag across the counter at me. No apologies for the wait, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Subway and Fenton deli are just up the road, go...

Used their app to order, showed up to pick it 5 mins early watched several customers order and leave and still my food was not ready, plus 2 customers after I told the girl I was there to pick up my order. I ordered at ~1:50, said would be ready at 2:12, got there at 2, told the girl I was there at 2:10 got my food at 2:20-25. Watched as 4-5 people ordered after me got their order and left. NEVER will go there again, their app is a waste of time.

UPDATE: 11/09/2023 Thought I would give this location another try... Staff was great a lot better than last time. Food was bad. JM is already OVER priced and this time bread was stael, hardly any meat and onions...

I had a catering event today and Jersey Mikes Knocked it out the park.

I had a last minute rush and needed more food so I called an hour before my order was supposed to be delivered asked if they could provide me with another box of subs! They said of course but beware we are on our lunch rush and we might be late! That wasn’t a problem since it was a last minute change! I was expecting them to be late but they were on time I mean right on time 12.30 like they said!

The order was perfect no mistake and the service was excellent! Thanks jersey mike for making my kids Birthday...
