Well, this McDonalds has switched to the "Order Yourself" format, which I dont mind, I actually prefer that. The downside is the drink machine is behind the counter. If you trust me enough to order, trust me enough to get my drink so I'm not sitting there wanting a drink for 15 minutes. Unfortunately the receipt printer was broke or I would be giving this review to McDonalds directly. The food came out after a long time. When she delivered the food she said, "sorry about the wait, we lost the ticket for your hot and spicy." As the girl was walking away we informed her (very politely) that we had ordered drinks as well. Her reply was "I only have 2 hands." Well ok then. That was a little uncalled for but we just kind of let it go. In the meantime we realized we were missing fries and the cheeseburger happy meal for our 3 year old had no cheese on it. We checked the order ticket, we did indeed ring it in properly. We informed the girl behind the counter. When she informed the cook she needed a cheeseburger he yelled at her, as if it wasn't his fault he didn't read the ticket right. Oh by the way you also have to ask for ketchup at the counter. As I'm writing this there are 3 people repeatedly asking for ketchup. We finally got all the food right but it was not a pleasant experience at all. Read moreMy boyfriend and I just ordered through the drive through from this location. My boyfriend doesn't like vegetable so he ordered his sandwiches plain with only cheese. The guy taking the order sounded new and we had to repeat ourselves several times, so we asked at the window for a receipt. We noticed that he didn't ring it up right so we told him to please have them fix it to which he said he would. We pull up to the second window and asked the girl working if they had fixed the order and she replied yes. I work fast food so I told him to check it before we left. He was missing a ck sandwich and 2 of the other 4 sandwiches were not plain as he had asked. He went back inside and told them the issue to which the "manager" Kirsty or kristy she demanded the receipt and started to get an attitude when he tried to explain to her the issue. He said it was a missing "burger" but he meant "ck". She then said if he didn't get rid of his attitude she wouldn't replace any of the order that we paid for. He said he wasn't leaving without the food so she went to the back and proceeded to call him a douchebag. I've never experienced such horrible customer service by a so called manager. Read moreI went through the drive-thru about an hour ago. I ordered 3 cheeseburger bundles and a caramel frappe. We pull up to the window and my card took most of the amount, but there was still a 7.00 balance to be paid. I only had 5.00 in change. So I asked for the 2.00 drink to be taken off because the change would cover the rest. The manager voided off the whole check and then they informed me that it would take 7-10 days for the money to be put back on my card. And I wasn't getting the food that I ordered. So now I am broke, because this has happened to me before and the money never did get put back on my card. I parked my car in the parking lot. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager. He said that he was trying to promo the meal and that if I would pull around they would bring the food out to me. We pull around and the female that spoke to me at the window came out to my car and informed me that I wouldn't be getting the food, because she did not want her manager to have to cover it. So hold up...you make a mistake, take money off my card that I may or may not get back on my card AND no food to show for it.
