I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not be returning. Yesterday when visiting I had a terrible experience 1. Haggled my a pregnant homeless lady before even exiting my car and entering the store. 2. They were out of 9-Grain Honey Oat bread 3. The owner made some joke/comment and hand gesture that came off as rude. I can take a joke, but he needs to stick to his day job and operate the business because it made an unpleasant experience. 4. The Sandwich Artist was going to throw my sandwich in the toaster and didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted, although my Oven Roasted Chicken Breast was cold, once I stoped her she then grabbed a container and warmed up my chicken. (This could have simply been avoided if she would have asked “Would you like your sandwich toasted? If not, I can warm your chicken up separately bc it’s cold.” - That’s what they do at all other Subways if the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast is cold.) 4. I misspoke and asked for green onions, and the Artist put green bell peppers on my sandwich. She told me I said green onions but when most people say that, they mean green bell peppers, again another ASSUMPTION. She removed them from my sandwich, didn’t through them away, instead placed them back in the bell peppers bin to be placed on someone else’s sandwich. 5. I then asked for tomatoes and there were two green unripened tomatoes she placed on my sandwich. I asked if I could have two other tomatoes, and once again she picked them off my sandwich and but them back in the tomatoes bin. 6. The manger, older guy then said “You are picky.” And I responded back to him “I am not picky those tomatoes are not ripe.” I should have told him he was cheap, for having his employees not through away toppings that were already placed on sandwiches and serving unripened veggies that don’t met health and quality standards to be served to customer. Hindsight, if I’m paying almost $9.00 for made the way that I want, there’s no way that I could be picky! I’m paying for...
Read moreToday I attempted to purchase a 6 inch, however a customer who came in after me, his sandwich reached the oven before mine. Because the older gentleman fixing my sandwich was slow. In its self not a real problem. But when the customer instructed the person heating the sandwich to run it 2 more times. After my sandwich did finally finish in the oven, the elderly gentleman put the wrong condiments on the sandwich. At this time the elderly gentleman offered to make the sandwich. At first I said OK, but quickly changed my mind. Ask the young man for the store information, & his name. At this time he never gave his name. Had a smart a_ _ remark, Told me I'm not welcome in the store, followed me outside to call 911. When the police arrived I explained what went on and went home. His parting statement to me was " YOU ARE NOT WELCOME AT THIS STORE IN THE FUTURE" I'm glad there business is so good that, they can afford to fire me as a customer. It also makes me wonder about Subway cooperate, I see other complaints about this same store. Since this happened in Ferguson, MO. Maybe the individual that called the police, had the idea in his head I was afraid of the Ferguson,MO Police.
PS: Forgot to mention I was on my way from the hospital just wanted a sandwich. But received a lot of...
Read moreIf you want to eat healthy, Do not have this subway delivered to you, I ordered a footlong veggie patty, double protein, with a lot of vegetables, they were out of the veggie patties, And instead of canceling my order, they made me a veggie delight (half the cost) and gave an amount of vegetables so miniscule It did not have a crunch to it. And they threw in a cookie as an apology. I order something to try and eat healthy, and they throw in a foot long cookie with my "veggie" delight? I basically paid double the price for flavored bread, and a cookie that went straight in the trash.
Edit: i was never called, nor have i talked to the manager at all. If so, I would have asked they cancel the order, if they had put over 4 times as many vegetables on my sub, i would have let it go. Nobody should pay 26 dollars for wheat bread with next to nothing inside it. The manager is clearly the problem with This location. You can tell by the comments he leaves on all the feedback. Only solution is to go in person, if you have it delivered, they will...
