Never ordering again.. Very disappointed. i ordered online small 1 topping pizza with medium salad. After ordering received a phone call saying that since it was my first order, I had to have my ID that matched my card,OKAY that was no problem. An hour and 30 minutes passed and my food still had not been delivered. so i called the store and only for them to tell me that my order could not be delivered . First they tried to say they tried contacting me and I didn’t answer. So i inform the lady that he did call me and told her about the ID thing she puts me on hold. Then another lady gets on the phone to tell me that my order cannot be delivered because my address is out of the delivery zone, and they were going to call me back to tell me that but they got busy and forgot.basically said it’s nothing they can do when they are the ones who forgot and didn’t do their job properly! how do you forget a customer . y’all didn’t forget to take my money. Soo unprofessional. And not good customer service. I work in customer service and this is not IT. So now I have no food. And have to wait several days for a refund. And have to spend more money that I didn’t plan on spending to actually get some food for myself and family.. Very disappointed never going to order again. Read moreJust finished ordering from the new website on my fourth occasion. I have been ordering pizza here for years without issue. All four of my last four orders on the new website have had problems. Most recently I paid $10 extra to have my pizza delivered by a driver. But when I received my confirmation it was a pick up order. I was told by the manager on duty that they could not give me the $10 back. But they also couldn’t drive my Pizza seven buildings straight up the road to deliver it without me paying an extra five dollars. so I went to pick up my pizza and fully expected to receive my $10 to which I was told no.. That I would have to call corporate if I expected my money back. The new website is awful and creates a lot of problems. But to be told that you can take my money but not return it for a service you did not render… that’s stealing. I hope you enjoyed the money because you won’t be getting my business again. The delivery driver is actually an awesome guy. Which is why they received stars at all for service. Came back to edit to say that not only is my pizza undercooked now that I’ve opened it. I received a call, shortly after receiving my confirmation email, from the store. I was told “the delivery guys don’t want to go that far” “my guys just won’t do it” so he said my order was being canceled. There was no order cancellation email sent so I called back some time later to ask about it. I was told that refunds go through corporate so he will send confirmation as soon as it’s available. I called a few days later because my bank account still did not have record of the cancellation and refund. The gentleman on the phone told me to wait until Monday and call again if it was still not there. I waited past Monday and called today because I still don’t have the money refunded to my account. I was told they can’t do anything for me and I will just need to contact corporate. Lucky me… corporate was already closed for the day. I’m a little irritated that I’m required to call corporate to get my money back all because this location didn’t feel like making my delivery.
