Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Ferris

I run a local fast food restaurant in the area. One of my managers Always goes to this particular location to get a coffee and I had asked her if she would pick me one up. I placed the order through the app. I didn’t notice a place in the app to put easy ice so I called and asked for easy ice. They gave her my drink a lil over half full . She asked the lady where the rest of my drink was and why so much was missing. The lady responded “she called and asked for easy ice” So where’s the rest of my drink? If I have a customer ask me for no ice I still fill the drink up all the way. They wouldn’t return and spend more money, if I gave them their drink half way, makes no sense. I had added caramel drizzle and vanilla added to my shaken espresso. That’s a nine dollar drink. And for the cup to be given to me like this is absurd. 😡😤 this is ridiculous and I will not be returning. Anytime I have went to any other Starbucks and asked for easy ice, they have never done this before they always fill my cup up. Is this something new? Bc...

We were coming up there every day for a while to get a special made coffee. Ice caramel coffee with a half-and-half no classic and the half-and-half pour on top slowly for drizzle. If the manager makes a coffee, it turns out pretty good. If the blue haired skinny girl with the attitude makes it comes out horrible. Half the time they’re out of half-and-half and try to substitute milk, which does not make the drink I ordered. I always tipped even after receiving poor service multiple times. They. should also put the tip after you make your coffee because the attitude you have to put up with to get your coffee right. It might take an extra minute, but when you’re paying six dollars for a coffee, you should be able to get it your way. Every other Starbucks seems to make it perfect without an attitude, Ennis, Red Oak anywhere in Dallas with great customer service and pleasant demeanor.. It’s just the Ferris location...

I had a delightful experience at the Starbucks located right off I-45 in Ferris! It's such a cute, smaller-sized location, which gives it a really cozy and inviting feel that you don't always get at larger coffee shops. Despite its size, the place was impeccably clean – from the counter to the seating area, everything looked spotless and well-maintained. This attention to cleanliness definitely makes a positive impression. What truly made my visit stand out, though, was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Their efficient and cheerful service made my coffee stop a true pleasure.
