Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Ferris

This dq was the best dairy queen i have ever been to! friendly staff and small town charm and good food to boot! Everything was hot and fresh no soggy food here. The reason I say this is the best dairy queen ever is #1 they have a pet play ground so you can eat outside with your fur babies while they run off steam from being cooped up in a car while traveling, it's a good size enough room to run and completely safe for your fur babies too its completely fenced with a chain link gate. #2 you can feel the small town charm as soon as you pull up and notice the detail and love put into every single thing! I went around Christmas and they had the retro vibe hand painted windows for Christmas and they painted every single window not just one, they had Christmas trees to boot and they had stockings hanging on the wall for every employee that worked there, and they even had decorations on the bathroom door! They have kept the retro dq vibe alive and just put so much quality effort into making your experience a special one! Outstanding job...

Absolutely disgusting, after receiving my money the lady at the window touched all over my ice cream cone and when I told her I no longer wanted it because I am pregnant and there is still covid and other germs she had an attitude then finally asked if I wanted it in a cup then proceeded to take the same cone she gave me and put it in another customers blizzard then we went inside because they forgot one of our items and the cook played in his hair while fixing food. It was absolutely terrible and what really bothered me is that no one understood how it was completely unsanitary to touch on others food with no gloves after touching money and their hair! Gross! Never again! They ruined my whole Dairy Queen experience, I spent almost 40$ on my family’s food and was so sick to my stomach I...

My lady and I each ordered a Blizzard, anticipating something that resembled the pictures posted. The young man that took our order was very pleasant and helpful. However, when we received the order we noticed they were both different shades of off white, without a single piece of anything visible in either Blizzard. We ate them as we drove further down the road, but never anything in the ice cream but hundreds of tiny bits of indistinguishable items. I am certain that lack of training is the only problem, because we have had plenty of great blizzards at other locations. Shame...
