Crappy place and awful customer service! Actually you cannot that treat as service. That was more like threat and not customer service! What an afwul horrible guy as manager out there! Never again I will visit that place ever! So I want to have seafood noodles and there was imitation grab! How that could be a seafood when it’s never being in sea first of all! Many people having allergies for imitation grabs bc of the ingredients it is made of! So I asked to not add grab imitation and asked for replacement but got charged instead additionally $2.99 for 4 pieces of shrimps! The server did not informed us that it would be additional charges. So I did not eat that and also fish balls that is made probably of an other ingredients that wasn’t stated which one in menu! Using cheap crappy ingredients and food! He refused to eat those bal and shrimps but they charged me anyway! It’s not those money but the way they are treated us! When we peacefully try to tell that I couldn’t eat them bc first to avoid allergy and bc they didn’t stated prior of charges. But he instead of expected explaining to us start to threatening us to call the cops! For $5,50!!! Save your self a money, health and peace of mind! The women brought me a soup and I asked her questions ab what is in it and she couldn’t say a word in English but instead start speaking Vietnamese ... You are living in USA in customer service area! Please speak English! I don’t care about accent but just at least understand simple English and speak it! You are eating their food and they don’t even bother to let you know what ingredients they are using in it.... Any ways bad bad experience! What an...

I went here last night (1/31/16) Sunday evening, it wasn't very busy. The waitress was friendly but she seemed kind of new. I ordered the raw beef and my girlfriend got the chicken pho and a Taro bubble tea smoothie. Our noodles were extremely over cooked. Just trying to mix our bowls caused the noodles to break into pieces and eating them was like eating chewey slime, and the chicken was extremely tasteless, when I brought this to their attention they offered to bring me a fork to eat with instead lol. After explaining that it was unsatisfactory they agreed to replace our meals and brought us the Taro smoothie and both new bowls that were the exact same mushy noodles and the smoothie was watery and had way too much sweetener added. We both ate about half our bowls before giving up and deciding to leave. We went up to the counter to pay and she asked how it was, we told her our second bowls were the same as the first and that the smoothie was bad also and all she offered was to add more ice to the drink and blend it again which just turned the drink into a overly sweet foam. In my opinion this is terrible customer service, I don't believe a customer who pays for your good services should ever leave your restaurant unsatisfied. Or at least offered consolation in hopes that they would return. I will never eat here again, there's another pho spot just a little farther down pacific with much better service. Do yourself a favor...

Good owner, good business man that runs this place. I got burnt food it was literally black. And they still served it to me. I kindly asked for a remake and then they gave my remake to someone else. At that point I didn’t even want it anymore. I tried to leave without paying and the owner spoke to me and apologized. I probably won’t be coming back here. I would give a 2/5 star for the service but I will give it a 5 because it’s not the owners fault , the employees just seemed very careless. Hopefully they change things a bit so people don’t have to wait an hour for their food due to consistent miscommunication in the kitchen. Every time I go to pho tai it seems to have this issue. I was informed that this one is independently owned and I could tell the owner cared about running this restaurant correctly and ethically. I don’t like to start problems but I was genuinely irritated on the fact that they burnt the food, the server looked at it and didn’t hesitate to serve it, and there was such a lack of communication that the remake went to someone else. Thank you to the owner for being professional and speaking to me. I also apologize for my irritation with the kitchen that I took out...

5/5 — A Hidden Gem That Slaps Harder Than Your Grandma’s Soup Spoon Listen… if you’re looking for real pho that tastes like it was simmered for 48 hours straight by a Vietnamese auntie with mystical broth powers, this is the spot. The broth? Deep, rich, soul-healing. The beef? Tender and melt-in-your-mouth. Fresh toppings on the side like basil, lime, jalapeño, and bean sprouts—so you can customize it just how you like it. And let’s talk about the dumplings. Perfectly golden, crispy on the outside, juicy and savory on the inside. Paired with that dipping sauce? Chef’s kiss. 👌 But you wanna know how you really know it’s good? The old heads are in here. And I’m not talking about your trendy foodies—I’m talking about the OGs who NEVER eat out. The kind that think no one else’s cooking is worth paying for. When you see them quietly nodding while sipping that broth, you know this joint is the truth. If you’re not pulling up here at least once a week, you’re playing yourself. Absolute fire.

Cash/Card accepted Restroom available Free public parking Great for family and friends Vegan meals available Tucked away in a plaza at Fife, in close proximity with the Tacoma Dome. Pho Tai is another franchise found across the PNW. They offer a healthy amount of serving per dish without breaking the bank. Prices do change depending on market prices for certain ingredients. Food choices are numerous from Pho soup, rice plates, Vermicelli bowls, and so on. Staff are funny and energetic, it may seem they are yelling at each other, but in fact they are calling in orders to be made in a hurry across the room. It gets pretty lively around certain times. A good location for truck drivers and construction workers. Overall a good find and will be coming back for more.

Amazing flavor hands down. If you haven’t tried the PHO broth is phenomenal and the flavor of al the noodles, thai basil, bean sprouts, jalepeno slices and meat is to die for. Bank Mi sandwiches are so fresh and ever bite is sooooo goood. The Rice noodle bowls have so much flavor and fresh ingredients and delicious meat and egg rolls makes for the perfect bite every time you have it. Thai tea is always fresh and definitely pairs well with every meal.
